Unexpectedly dined out on Pizza Night $15 Pizza's. So certainly good value for money.

Great food and friendly staff. Good value for money too.

Waitress constantly referred to us as "guys". (2 women over 60 present). Oysters kilpatrick not available - again. Not asked if we would like a second drink. Food was nothing startling. Started clearing table early to finish for the night.

The staff were very attentive, extremely pleasant and helpful. The food absolutely delicious and portion size perfect. We even had some left over for afters.

Food was good but the seating layout was a bit tight as people would walk past our table and there bums would go straight past my food ...

I ordered a bottle of wine c from the wine menu. It was a bottle of West Cape Howe Malbec. A bottle of Argentinian Malbec was delivered to my table. When I objected to this I was told they no longer stocked West Cape Howe and they had deliver a bottle of Malbec to my table. This was eventually sorted out with me purchasing a bottle of Australian Shiraz. Next I decided that I would prefer mashed potatoes with my pork scallopini. I was then told that I would be charged $5 extra if I wanted mashed potato instead of the standard chips. I ended up agreeing to this rather than ending up in another protracted argument with the staff. Not what o would consider very satisfactory service. Not sure why mashed potatoes should cost more than chips?

Wrong food order mistake poor table position. No bread with entree.

Food was great and staff table service was good however the front of house was disorganised and people had to wait whilst staff worked on multiple tasks. This left a poor impression

We loved our dinner at Casa Del Amici, the food was amazing, the customer service was great and the owners were very sweet as well!

Its a great place, unfortunately the team are slow to respond. We ordered entree's and received after a bit of a wait. After we finished entree's we then ordered mains, the wait was ok for this, but would have been better to order the mains when the entree's arrived. It was hard to flag down staff to order desert when we had finished our mains. The staff are friendly which is good, but it really should be more prompt. Also the ordering system seems a bit dated and they only put the order into the computer when you are at the point of paying which means there is an extra wait after you have finished.

we didn't know what to expect bringing a group of individuals from a disability support home, but there was nothing to be concerned about. The staff were fantastic ,treated us all the same as the other patrons.

We won't be returning . Was appalling service by the cashier. We were charged full price when we ordered the special and the cashier was extremely rude. We were trying this resturant again after a bad experience 6 months ago. Won't be back and won't recommend it

garlic bread was great. veal parmi, chips and salad was big meal. salad had dressing on it and included cherry tomatoes, cucumber and carrot, was not just all green leaves. good service. will definitely go back and try pasta which looked really good.
