Good food, although my 10 year old daughter wanted pasta but there was no pasta option on the kids menu or dinner menu which was disappointing.

3 friends meeting up for a get together - perfect "nook" for a chat. Great service and food and drinks served quickly and efficiently .nothing too much bother. Great value - morrocan chicken salad devine!

I had my 30th birthday and didnt intend as many people to come as they did and the staff helped me make this a completely non-stressful occasion. The main waiter was very lovely, he was friendly and personable and nothing was a hassle. I work around the corner and will recommend your venue for business lunches and social occasions for all our clients and friends. We will be back thank you.

The food is excellent. As good a steak as you can get.

All of all loved their meals. Even though there wasn’t a playground the kids were entertained with the coloring in packs. Will definitely be coming back!

Food was great, waitresses were lovely. They asked us if we wanted drinks before dinner but then got them after we got our meals. Also asked for Cup if Tea at end of meal but had to ask where it was as it hadn’t arrived and I had already finished desert - was hoping they would come at the same time. Other than that, all good. Great service when we first came in and as I said, the food was great. We’ll be back.

First time eating here and we all were pleasantly impressed. Value for money, size of meals and the quality. Service staff were friendly and nothing was an issue for them. Will be coming back here for sure! As there is no kids play area, the kids activity pack could be a little fuller! Only negative comment I have.

The fact that we had to leave by 7pm because the table was booked, our orders took quite a while to be taken. I had to ask where my gin & tonic was & we had to ask for water rather than water being at our table automatically... we felt that there appeared no organisation in the way service was provided. Food was average & a bit bland. Then to top off the evening a glass was broken over one of us, luckily that person wasn’t hurt with glass but got a little wet with the water..., good thing they were wearing a rain jacket!!!

Simply the best place to eat in Melbourne. We’ve tried and enjoyed many other restaurants but nowhere tops the Cardinia. Food superb, service exceptional. We go regularly and recommend it to everyone.

First time visit to this hotel, the food was good the service was excellent the price of drinks was a little pricey as was some of the food, but an enjoyable night was had. I would definitely come again with friends/family.

We took friends from regional Victoria to the Cardinia for lunch on Sunday of the long weekend they - like we invariably are - were delighted. The food, service and ambience could not be faulted and the best part is, you know beforehand that everything will be top notch at the Cardy.
