Excellent food and service. Easy to book , friendly ,efficient front desk staff and pleasant helpful waiting staff. Nice environment with excellent menu and quick service

We enjoyed delicious food, lovely friendly staff, for casual and family friendly dining it ticks all the boxes. Nice wine list too. Yummy homemade dips

Great meal Scotch sizzle for me, warm calamari salad for the wife. Very nice as usual. Only issues was a little slow in taking drink orders, otherwise fine again.

Good varied menu.Excellent value for money.Staff very pleasant and gave excellent service.Restaurant has good access and plenty of easy parking.Will certainly return in near future.

The food was very good. It gets very busy so you can expect to wait a while to be served. A very friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

All 5 of us ordered off the seniors menu. The meals were just entrée size versions of the main course. You could even see where a cooked chicken parma had been cut in half after being cooked.So no real bargain here for seniors. The meals were nice overall.

Easy online booking on day when we decided to go out for dinner. Good service and very good meals. Very pleasant experience and definitely worth it to visit The Cardi’

Not the best experience for our table. After sitting 10 mins, we asked a waitress to bring us drinks. 15 minutes later, one of our group had to go to the bar and ask what had happened. The order didn't make it to the bar. Our waitress took our drinks and meals orders and apologised, offering the round on the house. We then waited an hour for our meals. My chicken kiev was so overdone, I could barely cut it. We counted 3 wait staff in the area we were seated in. Not enough staff for a busy Friday night. This is the second time we've experienced this. We had to remind the staff member at check out that our drinks order was free, he replied that they'd had numerous complaints that evening. Perhaps someone could look at these issues instead of it being a recurring issue?

Just a fantastic place to go, food great, service great love going there. We tell everyone to go there and not one person has come back and complained.

Good food and atmosphere. Staff are lovely and very efficient. We both had the eye fillet and it was melt in your mouth. Definitely one of our favourite places to eat.

It is a very pleasant venue, marvellous staff and the food is delicious and great value for money. We go there st least once a week 😊

Pleasant atmosphere, attentive staff, quick table service, excellent hotel food. We find it convenient to dine early so being able to reserve a table is a bonus.

Our waitress....Kerry was great.....bought the birthday cake out as soon as the meal was cleared away...didn't have to ask. Our meals were all excellent. The only downside was everyone felt a glass of Sauv. Blanc. was extremely overpriced!

Waited an hour for orders to be taken then another hour for mains to arrive, Food as always was top notch but having to wait that long certainly put a downer on the night

Good service and friendly staff. The food was a little slow coming but was worth the wait. Well presented, delicious and extremely generous sizes. Easily provided a gluten free option without a fuss.

I always take any of my guests to the Cardinia park hotel for lunch or dinner as I can always depend on good food polite people and a reasonable bill also plenty of parking for me they are the best hotel in the area and I live in Pakenham and make the journey to there as it is worth it

The meal was Fantastic , the service was excellent and it has a great atmosphere. We would Highly recommend. You get Great value for money. Our go to place to eat.!!

Excellent as usual. We have not yet worked our way through the menu yet but will try to do so before it is changed to summer menu.

Nicola was brilliant and so was the food and drinks. Just a shame ordering the steak depends on which chef is on duty. I never order steak unless Colin is in the kitchen after past experiences.

Very nice meal. Was fairly busy when we were there so the food was slower than usual coming out, however was worth the wait. It’s not the cheapest pub but it is by far the nicest in the area

The service the last 2 times we have been there was very, very slow. The meals were good when we eventually got them but took a couple of goes before they got the orders right...very disappointing

Always a good meal at the Cardy pub! Even when the pub has every table full like it did last night, the staff are always friendly and attentive.

Enjoyed our meals although the servings were a little too generous in size, in oarticukar the chicken parmas. But everything was delicious. Found when the desserts were brought around no-one was able to fit them in.

A weekly visit for us and we just love the delicious food, pleasant family atmosphere, delightful dining room and the staff are the best. Recommend it.

Excellent customer service. Plenty of parking including disabled parking. Food was very tasty, have vegan , gluten free and vegetarian options and plenty of it.

My husband and I went there for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised. Very nice meals and quick and friendly service. We'll be back!

Excellent atmosphere and excellent food. Very welcoming and friendly reception staff. Waiting staff sometimes slow noticing extra needs of clients but usually do a great job under busy conditions. Efficient delivery of meals after ordering. Always recommend to others.

It would have been okay if our meals were brought out when the other people on our table got theirs, instead of waiting quite a while for ours.

Lunch was nice only offered one drink had to go to the bar for water then they offered to bring over a bottle and glasses. Then realised we needed our table cleared. Had better service in previous visits.

Love it, great menu good variety of choices servings are plentiful, seniors meals are a good size lots too eat on the plate, deserts are amazing so many to choose from. The staff are attentive and welcoming, we have been many times and will continue to do so.

I go to this pub often with a few different groups of friends. All the staff are lovely and friendly and the food is awesome. Love the renovations and alfresco.

The food is fabulous and the staff are always smiling they are very welcoming. It's up there with the best. We take all our friends there.

Food was good. We were on a small table up the back and got forgotten about though. Had to remind staff to take our order.

Lovely fresh food great selection. All the staff are accommodating, lovely and friendly. It has to be the best venue in the area and must to visit.

Another excellent meal, first time on a Sunday and as usual a pretty full house. A little bit longer than expected in getting our meals but it was busy and worth the wait.

steak was cold, incorrect meal given to us, even thought they gave it to us to take home, not what we wanted. was told the coffee machine was off so could not get a coffee, but a lovely young lady came from the sports bar and took our order for a coffee, staff were very good except the one that said the coffee machine was off and we could not get a coffee, cramped 5 of us into a booth.

Great meals as usual and lovely country ambience. Excellent value for seniors meals. How about adding another hot vegetarian/vegan meal? Coffees were only warm not hot enough though.

Drink order wrong, bread order wrong, floaty in my glass of water and had to ask after our meals (40 mins for 2 kids meals and a calamari). Food was good but service atrocious.

Food was great with huge servings. Staff were very attentive, helpful and polite. However, not sure why the menu requires payment for ham on a parma!

Lovely decor and atmosphere. Staff are friendly and efficient. All our meals (snitzels, parma and steak) were delicious and well presented. Courtesy bus available on a Friday and Saturday night.

Great service (especially from Jarrod - very informative and professional). Clean environment, good selection from menu, quality food and well presented. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.
