Cafe63 - Winston Glades

The staff member serving us was very nice, he seemed to be the only person doing the majority of the work at front of house and was servicing all of the tables last night. The other girls working last night didnt seem to be servicing any of the tables. Because he was the only one serving the tables and taking orders, we waited for a considerable time before we were able to place our meal order. All of guests had arrived by 5:45pm (large group booking hence we came in early to avoid peak meal times) and he took our drink orders (which also seemed to take a long time to come out considering the place wasn't overly busy). However, at 6:05pm we then went and asked if he could take our meal orders and waited a further ten minutes before he could get to our table and take orders. There is also a major issue with the lighting outside, we asked if the lights could be turned on and were told it is set to a timer/responds to the outside lighting. This needs to be adjusted, especially coming into winter. We couldn't see our menus and resorted to using our phone lights to light up the table until the lights came on.

Usually service is good as we visit on weekends but we decided to go on a Monday and there was no service as in no-one served us at all for 20 + mins so we ended up just leaving.

Fast service, beautiful food and excellent staff. Recommend it to everyone.

Our food came out so quickly - maybe only took 10 minutes. Drinks also came out 5 minutes after ordering. Amazing service! Food was good quality as always and coffee was amazing!!

Always love Cafe 63 however 2 visits lately we have been served by the same waitress who reaches across the table to serve people there meals on the opposite side rather than walk around. Training in hospitality this is a no no, she should be walking around to take plates and serve people on the side they are sitting on not across the table reaching over people.

Had the whole family there for a lovely inexpensive dinner. Staff were great and friendly and the food was well cooked and very yummy.

We have been a number of times in the past and the food has been wonderful. But on Saturday night I don't know why, it was so disappointing.

I thought it was well priced good food. I enjoyed the experience.

The food was delicious, fast service and the staff are very happy.

Booked for a table of 8 for 6pm for our family and friends for a catch up. From start to finish I could not fault the service, we had 3 young children with us and the staff were very accommodating for their needs. Meals were quick after ordering and well at the end for the 8 of us it averaged out at $18 each with a drinks a great night out. Keep up the great work guys! Cheers

Never disappointed. The Mango smoothie is delicious. No matter how busy they ar the waiting time is never too long.

I love Café 63 but last night was outstanding! The service is always fabulous and last night there was a lovely experience, the staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. For the first time I ordered the PAB, grilled prawn and bacon salad. It was superb!! :)

Your staff are so helpful and friendly. We are a group of swimmers and some of us just do exercises and we choose to come to café 63 when someone has a birthday. It is a most enjoyable day out.

Food and service was excellent. Food arrived in a good time. It's one of my favorite places to visit. Look to forward to returning soon. 😀

Fast service, friendly staff, excellent food at low prices. This is our restaurant of choice when going out by ourselves or with friends. We will definitely be back.

Iced coffee was amazing as always! Breakfast was also great and came out quick. For such a busy day service was quick. Was very crowded though and loud - would have preferred an outside spot with more room. Lovely staff and highly recommend!

Two friends joined my husband and me for dinner last night. It was a beautiful time as usual. The offering from the menu was as wide as we expected from our previous times there. Plentiful meals, well cooked, with both fresh and cooked veges. Drinks were to everyone's taste, and the dessert menu left everyone well satisfied. The staff were pleasant in service, and the meals came out at the same time.

Had a really lovely breakfast. Pricing was good and food was good quality. Overall happy!

You can not fault his cafe.. The staff are wonderful. Very helpfull.. We come here because it great food at a great price.. Really good value .

KK burger very disappoiinting. Bun was too floury, filling was pathetic, not enough bacon and egg was over cooked, presentation was bland. Wont be ordering tbis off the menu again.

Went for breakfast, great food and service. A lot better compared to our previous visit for a birthday dinner where the service was not very friendly and food not cooked

Attentive staff. Very good selection of meals. Just a little squashy in the arrangement of the seating. Will definitely go back again for another visit. X

The meal was good - no problems there. However it was a very hot day - 40 degrees and very humid. We were with a booking of 14. We were sat outside away from any ceiling fans and away from the air con. There was no breeze as we were against the wall. We all sweated our way through lunch. We asked for a fan, but answer was none available. We then asked that when space became available could we pleased be moved inside and the answer was no. We were all seniors and nothing was done to assist us. None of us were impressed.

Excellent food and service. The meals were exactly as described on the menu. Table service was efficient, friendly and non intrusive. Table water was bottled which I thought was a great extra.
