Absolutely the best food / service is 10/10.thankyou been twice / will be back for sure. Prices are also very reasonable for the service and quality of food.
The service was slow and not friendly. I had servers leaning across children to put plates on tables. I had a cup of tea spilt on me. I will not be going back.
All my guests commented on how nice the venue was. They all enjoyed their meals very much indeed stating how well they were presented and how well they were cooked.
The six of us really enjoyed our lunch yesterday - the service was really good and the food yummy - we will all be back again.
2nd time in 3 weeks, great food reasonably priced and good service, generous servings . friendly staff and clean. Added bonus being a great nursery for plant lovers
Went to Cafe 63 today for lunch with friends from Sydney. I have been there twice before and today being the third time. The meals I have had each time have been great but I must say the last two times the service has been about a one. We had to call for our orders to be taken and then empty plates were left in front of us for at least 15 minutes. We also had to call for our coffee orders to be taken. Staff were not interested at all.
Enjoyed our lunch but had to call waitress to take our order and twice asked for water. None had been offered to our table of 7, thoigh noticed other tables were immediately offered bolles of water and glasses.
Very disappointed in the overall experience today. We had a group of 16 ladies. After an hour of being there we had to ask twice for someone to take our lunch order. The orders were mixed up with one lady not getting her meal till we had almost finished ours. Had to ask to clear the plates and to take our coffee order. Won’t be attending again sorry.
Absolutely wonderful.... lovely food at reasonable prices. Love the ambiance of the café... I will be booking again with my bus group, it's "elderly" friendly.... I take groups for outings.. will be back.
As a group of eight we all enjoyed lunch at Cafe 63. The service was great and the food was good value for money. We all agreed we'd be back.
Service could be better, very disappointed in being served avocado that was brown and bruised on the prawn salad A small side salad would have been nice with the fish and chips
A wonderful visit yet again. Always amazing food many options and caters for different dietary needs. Best vegetarian breakfast. Took the family for a farewell meal. Coffee is also well made. Beautiful location and great staff.
Lovely location. Comprehensive menu with options to suit everyone. Easy to add or swap things out. Attentive staff with very quick service. Easy parking. Definitely recommend.
The restaurant experience was excellent. The booking process is tiresome and complicated. Got to be a better way. Too many contacts after the booking, like this one.
Slow service, food and drinks not hot.Reserved table not evident. Food itself good.Tables were not set and had to ask for water twice. Disappointing experience which is not usual.
The staff and food were excellent and could not do enough for us. Didn't like that you book the table on the internet and no phone number to contact the Cafe to confirm and advise more people coming.
WE had prompt service, a great menu and food .Delicious coffee. Really nice surroundings and a great place to meet with friends and family for just a coffee or a meal.
The meals were served promptly and the fish was cooked perfectly. The cafe's lack of hard walls and floor makes conversation easy at Cafe 63.
Great service, awesome selection of food and a great setting. The variety of fresh choices for both breakfast and lunch makes this an allround venue for the whole family. Never a complaint to be heard.
Service was a bit slow. We had to chase someone to place our coffee order after our meal. Food was nice. Surrounds lovely as usual.
Staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Table service was prompt and staff were happy to explain the menu. Food was delicious and came out quickly and was hot. We were a table of 8 and we will definitely be back.
Food first class and beautifully presented but very slow in coming but we understood they were very busy. The staff were very nice and friendly. Thank you.
Cafe 63 was completely prepared for my reservation. My area was already specified, with the tables already arranged....and I arrived 15 minutes early. Speaks volumes!!
Professional staff, Great food and lovely atmosphere. Been here lots of times and will definitely be back. Love the "Billy" and my friend won't go past the Javelin. Yum yum yum
Excellent service, lovely atmosphere. I ordered pork belly which was a little tough, but all in all a delicious meal had by all of us. Certainly would recommend and we will be back again.
Lovely relaxing atmosphere in a beautiful garden centre with water feature and heaters, great priced food, very - generously sized servings and very fast friendly service
to drafty waitress had bad attitude's ,the food was very good .Waitress did not want to help put a extra table on the end for two extra guests .
Loved the setting and ambience. It feels very private without having to drive too far. Perfect for locals wanting to have a lovely meal. Food was served promptly and staff were very nice. Definitely coming back!!!
We have dined at Cafe63 for a few years. We enjoy the ambience of the cafe and the gardens, the staff all know their craft, and the meals are always 1st class and most affordable. We continue to recommend Cafe63 to our friends and colleagues.
The restaurant has open sides so plenty of light penetrates. The main drawback is the fact that it fronts onto a main road so noise could be a deterrent to a good restaurant experience. If you don’t mind that type of experience then the extensive menu could be to your liking.
Good service good food. Nice surroundings we would reccomend to friends and family .Very good and extensive menu with reasonable prices. We would go there again
There is an awful lot happening with the menu...sometimes less is more...too many choices and bizarre names that no one seems to remember by the time they get their meals. Generous portions. Would be better if the food for the whole table came out at a similar time....some of us had finished meals before others got theirs however if we had been polite and waited our meals would have been cold. Slow to clear table and not offered more drinks. Able to pay individually which is a plus when dining in a group.
It was great food and good drinks as well! We had a wonderful family lunch there, and I want to go back again when we have some visitors for the future ^*^
Lovely food and great service Found it easy to book in so we were guaranteed a table - had a table exactly where requested which was lovey. The food was awesome and the service was great
great environment, nice food, helpful staff and reasonable prices. there is an extensive menu so choosing wasnt easy. we all had different dishes and all enjoyed them.
Really enjoyed the setting. They forgot to bring our appetiser, so that was a bit disappointing. Other than that the hamburger was very good. Would definitely go there again.
My group of people which was 25 people for lunch today thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The service and food was excellent. An added bonus for your cafe is the fact that we can all pay individually as otherwise it is a nightmare collecting all the money by one person. We will definitely come back again.
Enjoyed our meal and coffee on a very busy Mothers Day. It would be great if there was the option of having coffee made on almond milk.
We were celebrating an 80th birthday . We had a lovely lunch. The food was great and the staff helped to make our time very special.
Mothers Day was the busiest I had seen your café however you had plenty of staff and the service and food was excellent - well done !!!
Had a lovely day. Very nice lunch, Waiters and waitresses were very friendly and helpful. Have been many times before, and the service is still first class.
We were seated with no fuss. The food was delicious, served hot in spite of the crowd there for Mothers Day. Our waiter was attentive but not intrusive, quick to get us any extras we asked for. Altogether, it was a very happy experience, thank you, and thanks to the staff at Cafe 63 Ross Evans Garden Centre.
It was Mother’s Day and busy but it was fine. We only had afternoon tea which was ok. But have had lunch here on other occasions and it was quite nice
Great food good prices, great service friendly with a smile. Was very busy on Mothers Day but still great customer service. A wonderful lunch with fast service.
this is our local restaurant we use it regularly the food is enjoyable at a reasonable price the staff are very obliging the only drawback is the service is very ordinary in as much you sit there with an empty plate waiting to order a coffee and nobody comes to see if you want something else
They tried to charge us for drinks we didn’t have. My veggies were stone cold when my meal got to the table. My friends steak was very over cooked
We waited a while for our lunch however it was busy so we were understanding about that. We ordered coffee and tea and desserts - after waiting approx 45 minutes for our desert we cancelled and left - considering this was Mothers Day they was disappointing.
Great food and friendly service on a busy Mother's Day breakfast morning! We didn't have to wait too long so great work in the kitchen obviously. Well done Team!
Excellent food and fast service especially on Mother’s Day. Will be going back. ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Excellent meal for such a busy day. Service was also quite good. Floor plan leaves a little bit to be desired as it was somewhat crowded.
