Cafe63 - Boondall

The food was ok but the service was very poor. It took one hour to get our meals. Looked over booked and under staffed for breakfast

All lovely But poached eggs could have been hotter. Avo in paper cup weird, difficult to get it out with fork !

It was great. The staff and service were also great. The mango smoothie could have had a bit more mango flavouring otherwise breakfast was great.

Friendly staff - service with a smile. Great coffee and food. All in a pleasant atmosphere. Makes for a great meet-up venue. What more do you want?

Love the quirky names for the meals. Plenty of choices and very nice staff. We have been here for breakfast also and it was just as delicious.

Food okay but once the order had been placed we seemed to be forgotten about. Had to ask to order coffee and had to ask for the bill. Just took the gloss off the experience. I also thought we were going to get separate bottles of water rather than a jug and glasses. Ladies ordered Cider which was delivered in the bottle, no glasses offered.

I have owned a coffee shop and the coffee is excellent Clean yes Staff yes Food. Ok. Could do better with less of a menu

Food was tasty but both my daughter and I made a run for the toilet after . Don’t know what it was but may not go back for this reason.

This is not a venue to visit on a hot day, which unfortunately we have many of in Brisbane. Many of the ladies in our group were dissatisfied with their meals because, for example, the pork was either over-cooked and dried out or not what they ordered eg instead of pork belly, pork ribs were served. Disappointing all round. Not good for the reputation of the brand.

Service was slow compared to other Cafe 64 stores. We sat inside which was warm. Staff were friendly food was great. Just need more staff

Very airy bright venue, great food and friendly service. Meal size was quite large and the Coffee was perfect. I would be happy to recommend cafe 63 to people I know

The service was not to the standard of other Cafe 63. The tray with sauces and jams, was not filled and empty packs were left inside, also no butter was given for the breakfast with toast and no bottles of water was warm water in jugs. Not the highest of standards

The table service was prompt, the food and drinks were decent, and overall the meal was good value for money. Staff were also helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed breakfast recently at Café 63 Boondall with a group of friends. The coffee was good and although the meals were a little slow arriving, when they did, everyone was served within a few minutes. The staff were friendly and efficient. We plan to come back.

Great site - easy to get to, clean and comfortable. Wait staff were pleasant and obliging. Food met my expectation. The only draw-back was the wind which Café 63 obviously couldn't control. I would probably go back in future.

Great food. Service started off good with drinks but had to ask someone if we could order food. Otherwise happy with service and staff very friendly. Was also very hot sitting near the windows toward the kitchen area. Windows should have been open as the fans weren’t really doing much

Loved it. Easy to book online. Restaurant was packed - and for good reason! Swift service, large quantities, yummy hearty food, reasonably priced with lots of variety!

Our brunch experience at Café 63 at Boondall last Saturday was just fabulous! A light and airy venue with great food, great service and a real sense of understated style. I would highly recommend a visit. I'll certainly be back!

Okay overall. Fairly standard if a little overpriced for the quality.

Sunday breakfast recently, venue is really well appointed and for a café in a car park a really pleasant atmosphere. Wait service was acceptable but the team is very new and it showed. One hopes that confidence will come with time . Very busy but plenty of staff. Food was well presented well cooked, good value and as ordered, however it was just warm, not as hot as it should have been. Service finesse was not apparent but as it is a café probably not essential. Service person did not come back to see if all was OK or if we wanted anything else. Lost opportunity for increasing the sale value. Customer experience is all about the right level of human connection and that makes the difference in this type of business. Well trained happy staff who want to be there, will be confident and engaging and will resonate with the customers. The customer will return if the experience is pleasant and the food is done well and good value.

first time visit and loved it, prices were good and service was good, will make it a habit to visit. would love to sit outside on a summers day.

Food was great and the waitresses very pleasant. However was disappointed no cutlery on the table. Also had to ask for cutlery (spoon) to eat dessert and then spoon to stir my coffee. Yes I know the cutlery should have been in the box on the table but not so this time.

The food was fresh and generous. The staff are so lovely. The prices are very cheap. Definitely using Café 63 as my local meeting place :)

Room was cold due to open doors. One breakfast was cold by the time it arrived at table. Service was fast and polite. Wil go again.

Fast, effeicient service. The food was up to standard and everything came out together. Drink (beer) prices were average. Will definitely go there for lunch again.

Service, quality of food and price was fantastic. Heaps of room. Not dog owners but loved seeing those beautiful animals with their families! Plenty of spaces to choose to sit at. Definately goin back and soon!

Food great, customer service excellent, a little noisy and can be windy outside but really enjoyable for for a reasonably priced meal in the suburbs.

Waiter staff were rushing too much and poorly trained. The mushroom mush what ever it was needs to be taken off the menu. Knives and forks were just piled on table for guests to sort out.

fathers day it was so so busy but the staff were amazing and the food was perfect. We will be definitely going again. very enjoyable

The venue is the greatest asset here - a big space to relax and enjoy the delicious breakfast. I ordered the Cathy Freeman (egg white omelette) and it was very yummy. It was my 3rd time at Cafe 63 Boondall. Each time my experience has been really good and I will continue to return with my family for a lovely relaxing meal. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Food is really good and great value for money. Service is always fantastic. Staff are friendly, happy and willing to assist. Casual, laid back atmosphere.

It was a really busy Sunday morning as Father,s Day but the service and food were excellent all staff very busy but extremely friendly and obliging. Agreed even to take a number of photos of me and the family. Well done!! Will definitely be back and have told work colleagues today how good it was!!

The staff were friendly the service was exceptional food was cooked perfect. Very clean restraurant easy access to toilets. For the price is good as you hget what you pay for.

The menu selection, staff, food and coffee was excellent. The only downside was that we were seated on the footpath, in the way of people who had strollers and were walking dogs. Admittedly it was a busy day being Father's day and the staff did an amazing job of taking and filling orders.

Food and coffee was great. Was a little bit hot sitting in the sun so will remember to ask for an inside table or one on the side next time

Cafe63-Boondall is excellent. The wait staff are always smiling and happy. Always polite. The food is always enjoyable and filling. If my sons, both in their twenties, say wow that was so nice, I am so full. It is music to my ears. Thank you Cafe63-Boondall for another wonderful experience.
