From the time we arrived till the time we left the service was dreadful. Leaving waiting to be seated & spoken in rude tone & then leaving, we could have left without paying, I waited 10 minutes to pay. We then had to wait a long time to be served. The food was also extremely disappointing. We ordered gnocchi & it was so disappointing, It tasted as if it came out if a packet, this is my second time & while experience was so duspointing!!

All the food was microwaved, wasn’t fresh, pizza was underwhelming.

Slow service. I was ignored at the entrance as well as my guests who arrived after me. Lack of attention, as I had to remind the staff about my request for water. Food order and delivery very slow.

Not enough staff, very busy so service was slow. Penne Pollo was pretty good, Veal was very bland. Wouldn’t be in hurry to go back.

We don't eat pork and there was one item on the menu in Italian which means pork. We ate half of the course until realizing. Should have asked at thr beginning by the servers about allergies.

The servers are really friendly and nice when recommending food & introducing wines. I'd love to come back more!

Had visited this place and brought a friend here who hasn’t been to Melb and was “awed” by the food. He loved the atmosphere and the food and thought it was great. It a quieter night than my other visit. It’s one of my fav eat place in Melb

Table was dirty , beer ordered was wrong beer delivered, drinks were cut off with no last call , and no offer for another drink.

We visited with friends for dinner on a busy Saturday night. The staff were lovely and welcoming. They were also attentive to the patrons. We had the garlic loaf which was delicious and our friends had the cannelloni and the ragu, both loved their food. My husband had the Pasta marinara and also enjoyed it though he thought it was a bit heavy handed with chilli. I had the Gnocchi Napoli which was so disappointing I was expecting home made(menu stated homemade) light and soft Gnocchi but it was rubbery and tasted liked it came straight out of a packet, the Napoli sauce lacked flavour completely, I had to add salt and extra Parmesan cheese to give it some taste. It had one small leaf of basil on top and it didn’t seem to have any extra in the sauce as I couldn’t taste it, the sauce was bland.

The service was very average. Didn’t have the drinks we ordered. The pizza we had was extremely bland, no sauce, no cheese and no flavour. I understand it was our fault for ordering what we did but would be nice to have been advised there was no sauce and it wasn’t a standard pizza. When we asked for some sauce on the size so we could eat the pizza, it was brought and dropped in the table without a word. No one checked on us the entire meal.

Fabulous atmosphere and service. The staff went above and beyond to seat us at a suitable table for our group's needs. That said, there is plenty of seating. Loves the cosy feel. Menu was limited but delicious. Excellent wines by the glass

A fabulous atmosphere in the middle of the city centre

The noise level added to the atmosphere and experience. We didn’t have to wait long for our food. Service was excellent. The food was amazing and the cost was relatively reasonable for the quality of food
