Restaurant cold and lacking atmosphere. Service fairly inattentive given how quiet they were. Food quality very good though.

Amazing food and service. 2nd visit will be back again.

Attended for my son’s birthday and the food and service was excellent. When we said it was his birthday and ordered one of the sweet drinks they rushed to add a small piece of cake with a sparkler and played happy birthday for him making the restaurant all clap and cheer. It was a very nice touch. Thank you.

A variety of choice table spaces, great ambience, friendly, respectful and professional staff. Delicious food, fascinating desserts, beautifully presented, and clean toilets. Highly recommend.

tasty, fresh, fast, flavourful food (stuff we know but done slightly differently with more different flavours added with different spices)....... Staff are friendly, but coz so busy on both levels of restaurant, not everyone got chance2be trained in everything......... Had few small stuff-ups but staff offered fixups/remakes2fix issues&the2nd offeringd were fantastic......... Very warm inside on winter night, but don't leave balcony doors open 4balcony diners or you'll freeze upstairs in 10minutes........

We had the mixed grill platter for 2 and the Byblos salad. It was beautifully presented and had authentic flavour

We were seated upstairs that was freezing cold with doors to outside left open, smoke and fumes coming in from outside smokers. Our main was bought to the table 2 mins after our entrees were put on the table. We were never checked on and asked if we wanted more drinks. We ordered the trio of dips but it only had 2 types of dip, there was no hummus ( thus was evident when our main came and had hummus on it - definitely wasn’t on our trio of dips). Eggplant dip was pretty tasteless. We were so looking forward to coming to the restaurant and it was very disappointing. Main was pretty tasty but chicken was dry,

Beautiful warm bread came out on arrival. Generous meal size. Saw lots of other yummy dishes being served to others.

Lovely tasty food friendly staff really enjoyed it! Recommend a group of 4 at least to try a few dishes.

Amazing Lebanese food. We were warmly welcomed by staff who immediately served us warmed flat bread, olive oil, and dukka, all on the house. We ordered the mixed grill for two, which came with dips, salad, chips and flat bread, which appeared without delay. The whole meal was superb: generous skewers of lamb, marinated chicken, and minced meat skewers were smokey and cooked to perfection, the chips were tasty, and the salad and dips delicious and refreshing. Staff were attentive yet discreet and went above and beyond to look after us for our romantic wedding anniversary lunch.

The service left a lot to be desired we had to ask to be served drinks and no-one came back to ask if we needed anything else. The food was good.

Extremely accomodating and friendly staff . Given how packed out and lively the restaurant was ( Mother’s Day) our food was served in good time; our comfort and satisfaction with the meal checked on, and we left feeling well fed. Value for money. Cheers!

The food was amazing. The Personel was more than friendly and I would like to specifically thank Amir for the wonderful service and smile.

Unfortunately the restaurant was too noisy to enjoy much of anything. Also the waiters made mistakes with our orders and one did not know what Chardonnay was. One of the main meals was very dry and overcooked, and the fruit platter dessert included fruit that were still frozen.

I read the review in the SA weekend magazine and decided to visit . Loved the food, the waiting staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. I will recommend to friends and look forward to visiting again.

The food is freshly prepared. It is authentic Lebanese food. The restaurant is clean and neat and has a very pleasant ambience.

We've been to the restaurant twice, and this last time was disappointing. I believe the number of staff wasn't sufficient for the number of customers. Firstly, there was hair in our kibbeh, and we didn't receive any apology from the management. Secondly, our table was dirty with dishes until we left. We requested napkins and the bill, which weren't delivered. We had to go to the counter to pay. So, this last time was quite frustrating. The food was impeccable like the first time, but they need to improve their customer service. Staff are friendly but so many customers for a small amount of staff.

Absolutely fantastic night in beautiful surroundings... My father loved his birthday and he said over and over again how authentic and fantastic the food was and we all agreed... I have never come across a restaurant that has been able to recreate my mother's Lebanese cooking-until now... Amazing food, great service, hard-working staff and a beautiful place!!

Delicious food and nice atmosphere. Their chicken liver, shawarma, charcoal chicken and mixed mashawi are delicious. The only dish we didn’t like is Samkeh Harra which was a bit overdressed with Tahini.

Food was amazing and friendly service, though we knew more about the food on the menu than the wait staff, we had a giggle about it but they need to get on this! Very slow to clear our table for our desserts and coffees, even when prompted, was a little disappointing… .. come on guys, you can do better!
