Staff are all extremely helpful and the entertainment for kids of all ages is great for a cold wet day.

They were super busy and my meal ended up coming out last for the table and it wasn’t even hot.

Pumpkin salad was overloaded with way too much quinoa which made for a very disappointing meal

Food was amazing but a little bit too much dressing on the salad and too much fat on the scotch fillet steak but the cheesy garlic bread was amazing 10/10

We were surrounded by tables of people celebrating birthdays. We should have been given a table to the side away from the noise. Otherwise food and service was good.

The food wasn't as good as it used to be, and one lady got her meal about 6 minutes after the rest of.

With a booking for a total of 39 people for a work function being spread over 2 different zones was ridiculous! There was a table that sat 20 behind us that we could have had to keep our group together! Trying to get the food ordered under one tab was also nightmareish!! Too many people trying to coordinate it…. Shambles…. On the positive the food was excellent…. Management need to reconfigure how they manage large bookings or they will look patronage!!

Some food items were terrible. For example the nasi goreng was sitting in a pool of soy sauce. Considering this is a "rice" dish, there was little rice but a lot of cabbage, capsicum, bean shoots and other fillers. Another person at our table ordered the vege stir fry. It was abundantly clear the only difference between these two dishes was noodles and rice. The same dish presented differently. Horrible rice dish.

We weren’t told that we only had 2 hours to dine. We were there on time and the table was not ready so by the time we got our table we had even less time. The playground is really unsafe and not practical for 5yo down. We asked for near the playground and didn’t get it even though the table was empty but dirty and then it was taken with adults who didn’t have kids. Not a great experience and a shame on a Saturday night that it’s all finished at 9pm. With nowhere to go afterwards. Meals okay chicken super dry but other meals seemed okay. It’s a shame because we came during the week once and it was a different experience but we won’t be holding another birthday there after last night.

Meals came out surprisingly quickly given the crowd, ave they were delicious! Kids had a ball playing and finishing off with Uncle Bucks!

First time visiting and we had a great time. Friendly service, good food, nice family atmosphere and amazing facilities for the kids. Only downside is Buckley's is 2 hours from home otherwise we would be back more often!!

Would really like it if they would change the menu up, or even have specials again like they did before Covid and the courtesy bus running again would be great

Service was great, food was fantastic. Kids had a ball in the playground. Only issue, which isn’t really an issue, was being seated right in front of the huge TV screens in the bistro as the restaurant was full. And the noisy environment gets a bit much, especially for anyone with sensory issues. (Not any fault of Bukleys however, it’s popular and gets very busy) Otherwise, I’d highly recommend going there..

Fantastic customer service, very family orientated and the playground was great. Definitely will recommend this place and very happy with our dining experience!!

We had never been before but we will be back! Amazing place for kids and amazing food!
