It was very busy and the waiting time was longer than normal however our meal was absolutely delicious and we received a complimentary serve of chicken wings. It was worth the wait.

Bluegrass has the best burgers we have ever had. Even the chicken burger is great.

We arrived on time but our table wasn't ready. So we were escorted to the bar where we were given a round of complimentary drinks along with sincere apologies. Service was fantastic and the food was delicious! Will definitely be visiting again.

booked a table for 7.30. came in at 7.30 and there was no table for us reserved. had to wait an extra 20 minutes to be seated.

I ordered the pork spare ribs, and I know they are slow cooked but they were very dry and tough so I was quite disappointed and didn't finish my meal. The service was very good though and the wait staff very attentive.

$10 Cheeseburger Monday is a great idea for a quick, delicious and satisfying family dinner. The burgers are jam packed with flavour. We also enjoyed the waffles, can’t wait to try the other mouthwatering desserts. Thanks Dave and your wonderful staff

The restaurant was so busy our reserved table was the small high table with little stools. Not very comfortable for a birthday dinner. We didn’t want to stay, as they said they were triple booked. Will have to try again, if we get around to it.

I was excited to give Bluegrass a try as I really enjoy barbeque. My SO and I went for our anniversary. The atmosphere is nice, there is limited indoor seating but ample outdoor seating. The servers were all very attentive and Bluegrass has a nice drinks list. For a Saturday night, I expected a wait but was surprised when our food came out what seemed like only minutes after we ordered. The portion sizes are large and the service is fantastic BUT... the food was only okay. The coleslaw, cucumbers, ranch fries and even my SO's sandwich were smothered in mayonnaise. The Philly Cheesesteak was short on meat and as mentioned before had mayo on it. The brisket, according to the menu, is smoked then 'mopped' with sauce; which is a great way to cook brisket - however, that's not how this brisket was cooked. There was no bark, the bbq sauce was gelatinous (not thin like a Memphis-style bbq sauce should be) and sort of plopped on top of the sliced meat. This place has so much potential to be great...

Unbelievably good. The iced tea was exactly how I remembered on my last trip to the US. And the meals were deliciously authentic. We will def be back!
