Staff were excellent. Attentive and friendly. Chips were not super hot and fresh but overall the meal was excellent. Ribs perfect and slaw salad was the real thing, not too much salad mayo dressing. Beer was super chilled and most drinkable. Wine was great also. Will definitely go again with friends

We booked a table on a Sunday night and the wait staff were very helpful and fast with drinks and menus. The issue was that the kitchen couldn't keep up and we waited over an hour for our food to arrive whilst watching several takeaway orders be prioritised as we waited. Priority should be given to dine in customers who you make your margin on drinks. The wait staff had to comp drinks to several tables to keep people appeased at the long wait time. Food great, wait staff great but waiting that length of time not great with young kids.

Delicious and filling burgers and tacos. Value for money. The waffles and maple syrup are definitely worth trying yum!!

It was my son’s birthday dinner and the food was outstanding. The chicken tacos, burgers and chicken wings were tasty, satisfying and delicious. Instead of a birthday cake we shared the waffles which were devine. Thank you Sean for your outstanding customer service and making my sons birthday very special. We’ll be back soon

Nice chips & salad but ribs a little dry didn't have sauce on them,...? Corn bread inedible...would I go back, hmm maybe for a burger..

We've visited and have gotten take-away from this establishment several times and everytime they have excelled, this experience makes me feel their standards may have dropped. We arrived and were greeted/welcomed as per usual until..... we went to order. My Daughter went to order Baby Back Ribs (her favourite) and were advised there were no Baby Back Ribs, no steaks and to top it off.... NO beef ribs at all. We persevered with this but I could understand about one menu item not being available but all beef? We then ordered and recieved our meals, everyone was happy until I looked over and saw my youngest daughter not eating... I asked her why and she said she didn't like her Chicken Strips off the childrens menu. I thought and said.... your just being fussy! Halfway through our meals, I once again looked over and she hadn't eaten much of the chicken. We then tasted her meal, we could hardly cut the chicken strips because they were over-cooked and dry... they weren't appealing at all. I then realised there was no customer callback to see if our meals were satisfactory, we had no contact with staff untill a staff member came to collect our dishes, he didn't even asked how our meals were so I pointed out about the meal, he offered to cook another serving for her but by then we'd all eaten and was too late, my partner had already given her half of her meal to feed her. He appoligised and said he would deduct the meal off the bill which is good I suppose and the staff were welcoming, friendly and courteous but it doesn't make me want to revisit again for quite sometime sorry.

Food as always was very tasty and very quick to arrive. Always enjoy going to Bluegrass!

The food was amazing, very happy the quality, the service in the beginning was a tad slow we had to ask for our menus and for someone to take our order, but the were very friendly.

Took the kids to celebrate their school marks. Platter plus wings fed the five of us easily. Great food, and great selection.

The wings are really meaty and the house ranch sauce is amazing. Cheesy loaded fries are also great as they have plenty of flavour without dripping in greasy cheese. Very nicely done.

Dave, Naomi, Simu and the team at Bluegrass made my husbands birthday a night to remember. The food is always delicious, generous portions and value for money. The pulled pork fries, hearty platters and burgers are the best we’ve eaten. Above all, the outstanding customer service and warm welcome is the reason we return time after time. Visit was perfect, didn’t have to ask for water for the table they just brought it. Food portion to pricing is very reasonable and the quality was amazing. Had takeout many times and first time dinning in, was not disappointed at all. Will be back
