We discovered this restaurant several months ago on a quick trip to Sydney. We loved it so much, we booked again for the following night. This week we took our kids & grand-daughter - they also loved it. Great food, ambience & owners.

It is always a delightful experience dining at Blue Eye Dragon. It commences with a cheery welcome from Jimmy or Muriel herself and continues with excellent service from the always smiling wait staff. With Jade in charge of the kitchen, every dish is beautifully presented and delicious. I must say that every guest we have invited to this restaurant, has come away with a very favourable and positive impression. Blue Eye Dragon is a marvellous exponent of Taiwanese cooking!

Enjoyed an early Monday night dinner with a friendly welcome on arrival. The service was attentive but not intrusive. The menu had a variety of different meals to satisfy patrons with different tastes. The wine list was adequate but of high quality wines. We were a table of 4 and we shared each others order. The food was delicious with ample servings. Thoroughly recommend a visit if you enjoy fine dining.

Blue Eye Dragon was one of the best meals I have had in Sydney. Everything was so distinct in flavor and well seasoned. I wish I had a second stomach so I could eat more. Although this was my first visit, I will definitely make a point to get back there again very soon.

Great to go to a restaurant with great food and service and be able to have conversation with friends where you can hear each other.

Food was fantastic, however, the service can be a bit rushed as the kitchen closes at 9.00pm on a Saturday. I like time to order entrees, savor and then choose the main as my tastes might change. The staff and owner had trouble dealing with this because of the above.
