Bistro On The Greens

This is a fantastic casual family restaurant. The food is delicious and there is a good range of yummy kids meals. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. It’s a regular for our family!

Food was delicious,fresh, hot and flavoursome.service was excellent, servers collecting plates when finished. Will definitely be back again to try something different, can not wait to see what else they bring out

Went to Bistro on the Greens with a party of 7 for lunch. The newly renovated dining area is open plan with a relaxed pleasant atmosphere. The menu satisfies a wide range of tastes and the food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was ample parking on the premise and also plenty of street parking. We all enjoyed our meals and I would happily recommend Bistro on The Green to my friends and family. I will definitely be dining there again.

Great food and vibe. Fair prices and grest for the kids. Spag boll was sensational as was the mega burger. We'll be back soon that's for sure!

Excellent food with wood fired pizza. Great variety of desserts and gelato. Peroni on tap excellent and great service with friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended

What a great restaurant! Family friendly, value for money, great food and lovely staff. We had delicious pizza, pasta and salad and the kids loved the gelato! We will be back!

The Bistro on The Greens was our first experience last night. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and the pizzas were delicious. We will definitely be going back.

Fabulous place...it is friendly, great food, good prices, terrific atmosphere and a huge bonus to Maroubra/Coogee area. A must-visit and if you are like me, it will become your local canteen.

Outside of club is deceiving (quite boring) - enter through the club doors and you enter a beautiful looking bistro. Friendly staff. Fantastic food. Owners take the time to chat with you and check that everything is OK. An added bonus is that bistro is kid friendly with wonderful choices for the little ones, and a play area dedicated for them. Can't wait to return.

Enjoyable atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. I would recommend to families with small children for the play area and how fast the food comes!

Good quality food. Great for the locals. A small play area for young kids. Older kids have a small grass area outside. You have to order at the counter. A bit noisy with the high ceilings and hard surfaces. This is a pain if you want entrees, then mains and desserts as you have to head to the counter 3 times.

we had a table of 11, all meals were good and serving sizes more than adequate. Service was friendly and helpful, abience was fine with not too much background noise even though most tables were full. great family dining, if you want to there are enough menu options to get out for around $15 a head

Great for large or small groups. We always love our meals there. We took a group of 12 (inc 3 kids) last night and everyone loved their meal. The restaurant has been recently renovated and is such a lovely environment to dine in. Maroubra/South Coogee have needed a family orientated restaurant like this in the area. Great parking availability too!

Very good food and nice staff. Easy parking and access. Nice outlook onto the greens. Quite noisy but great for families. Not for a romantic evening!

Nice atmosphere, great staff, linguine only had 3 prawns in it, have this everywhere else and there and there are always at least 6-8 prawns in the dish.

Amazing food, amazing bistro staff, amazing value for money. Just so very loud with parents letting their young kids run around and disturb other guests. Will keep going back for the friendly staff and delicious food though.

It was a wonderful surprise for lunch on a lovely day.Decor was bright,there was a large variety of foods to choose from for all tastes.Ordering was easy,delivery of food was quick & hot,staff friendly,highly recommended & will visit there again

Perfect venue ... beautiful new interior design. Perfect menu choice ... satisfies a wide range of tastes. Perfect food ... every dish on our table was superb. Perfect staff ... lovely service. We were a party of 8. Service was excellent and the food flavoursome. Venue was spacious and well decorated. Gary was a great host. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere was very nice. All the staff very efficient and very friendly. The food came so quickly and it was great. They don't have a big selection of desserts but the baked ricotta was good.

The food was great with a wide selection along with the options for the kids and served quite quickly. The staff were quite attentive as well.

Food was great and thelittle play area for the kids was nice however we did get quite a few glares when the kids wanted to play in the lounge area

Staff, breakfast/lunch really great. Our room offered everything we needed including room service. The gardens were wonderful with an added bonus of choir performing Cleanliness rating was tops.

Very noisy. Parents allow children to run around the place screaming. I've been there twice now and this happened both times. Great food, nicely appointed.

The restaurant was very noisy. There were lots of families. However, most of these were gone by 7.30. We will book later next time. The food was good but nothing special.

reasonable food at reasonable prices,I was unhappy with our table,its a very noisy place which makes it diificult to hear each other talk we had a pizza salad and entrée for 2 at $50 salad was a little disappointing pizza was great , great base and lots of toppings good experience over all

Good food and service, but didn't expect the noise levels. Will go back probably for lunch when hopefully it will be less noisy allowing us to enjoy the food better.

The customer service and food in the bistro were amazing. Best Italian food we've had and such friendly, attentive staff. Only negative things were the noisy young kids running everywhere around the bistro and the unfriendly bar staff in the club bar. We will definitely return to the bistro though, the food and service really were superb, we will just go later when the young families have left.

South Coogee Bowling Club has finally stamped its mark. Great food and atmosphere, good to see the community come together at a local establishment. Thank you to Philly and Gary.
