Food was excellent. However we sat for half an hour before i asked for our wine. We were not offered the wine on arrival or any drink i had to ask. I thought we were sat down and forgotten.

Our visit was due to a recent purchase of a Scoopon for 2. The food and wine included was terrific and represented great value with good service by the staff.

Best lamb cutlets and Perfectly steamed veg! It was delicious .... great service and very reasonable price. Helpful and friendly staff too. I would Highly recommend

Excellent food, good service and friendly staff. Quandoo let us down though - no record of our booking to be found, but the very accommodating staff were able to help us.

The food was delicious and served with enough time between courses to make it comfortable. Our two wait staff were so kind and attentive to our needs. It was a beautiful place to eat.

My lady, I, also our many friends we have introduced to Grand Chancellor on Hindley love the food, love the staff for their courteous consideration, respectfulness and professionalism. My lady and I have stayed over night on many occasions and continue to do so. We just love the Hotel. It is special for me and my lady....John, Barbara, Kevin and Suzie, Stefan and Doreen, Dom and Ohm, Andrew and Anna, Gordana and allex etc, etc, etc. Just love the place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was edible and the setting average but the prices for what was dished up were excessive.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived, The food was also excellent and we will definitely being going back. I would highly recommend this place.

Have visited Bistro 65 many times and have never been disappointed. The food is great even at breakfast time and the staff are friendly and professional.

My experience at Bistro 65 was quite different to the many reviews. I was not impressed with the ambiance.... it is clearly set up for breakfast service as you walk in. We were seated quickly and the view from the mezzanine overlooking Rundle St was pleasant. Staff were not overly attentive with drink orders taken and a long wait before they were served. The food was acceptable but forgettable which does not match the prices. Bill splitting was allowed which was helpful. Overall it was an unremarkable experience.

Not bad..however, firstly, restaurant was hot, so it was hard to enjoy the meals. The other thing is that... there is no car parking for customer, so needed to park a carout far away fromthe hotel.

The food was lovely - the lamb was perfectly done & beautifully presented. The sauce was too sweet for my taste. The service was quite poor. Water glasses not refilled, side dish forgotten - just small annoying things.

The service at the restaurant was good. The team looked after us well, but the food that we were served didn't look like the pictures on the advertisement. Overall we had a good night.

Lovely atmosphere with nice old world (think 1930's) classy charm decor. The food was excellent & the attentive service was lovely. It's nice to have your chair pulled out, napkin draped & water poured.

While the ambience is ok the choice of entree & main with groupon deals are very limited. The food is a bit hit & miss: between 2 of us one entree and one main were nice; the others not so much. Either overcooked or not so fresh or lacking favour. It's the breakfast bar for people staying in the hotel, possibly why hard to get customers in. The service was satisfactory overall!

Food good, service good but venue a bit lacking in atmosphere. Our waitress was really lovely and we had a good night. I think they may be doing some renovations.

Food was delicious but served glass of sparkling wine was only a half of glass. The next table got normal amount, it was disappointed to me.

Food was delicious and service outstanding - only reason for not giving 6 rating was limited menu choice. A really good value deal - would highly recommend.

The restaurant, service and food were all exceptional. For entree we had the calamari and we both thought these were the best we had ever had,

The restaurant was not over booked .We had great service from pleasant staff.The food was excellent quality.We would not hesitate to pass this restaurant onto work collegues and friends.

Great food. Look forward to dining here again sometime. The only suggestion I have would be to not seat everyone so clumped together. I know that makes it easier for wait staff but more spaced out would be great.

Very nice food and services. Very delicious ontre, maincouse looks a bit nornal but taste alright. Fabulous desert. My daughers love it. We definitely will come back.

Friendly staff & fresh & tasty breakfast fare with a good range of choices. Comfortable seating & adequate spacing between the tables. Good coffee machine making a variety of choices. Nothing particularly special but enjoyable nonetheless.

Excellent potato, bacon, leek, and pumpkin soup was delish; char-grilled chicken breast also fine. Good service only disappointment was warm water but this was quickly fixed with free ice!

Great friendly atmosphere with many people enjoying the buffet breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly always filling bowls that were empty. Food, hot drinks and juice were plentiful.

The food was Excellent, with friendly, efficient service. Relaxing quiet atmosphere i.e. we didn't have to shout to make ourselves heard. Our friends from overseas were very impressed. Absolute bargain with Scoopon coupon!!

entrée, main and dessert were all excellent , service was very prompt, although a smile from the waiting staff would have been nice. :) :)

There was plenty of variety, and food presentation was good. However, like most buffets, the food was not very warm. Service was ok, and overall the meal was nice.

Big servings and tasty food. Nice wine and friendly helpful staff. The entrée platter is huge! We will be back and would recommend to friends and family

One staff member in particular made our night. I think his name was Tyson (I'm terrible with names, he did mention he has the same initials as his brother...) He never left us waiting and had a fantastic attitude and his charisma made our experience more enjoyable. Food was also good.

Pretty average food, average service. An empty uninteresting atmosphere and got charged for the wrong bill. Loud unintelligible live music from downstairs and slightly hard to find restaurant inside hotel.

Found it hard to find a park, entree platter was really good, dips & squid were amazing, steak was good & brownie was really good, sticky date was a little overcooked.

Went for our anniversary, was such a beautiful 3 course meal. Wonderful service and a great experience. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely go back next time we are in Adelaide. Thankyou for such a great Dinner.

Service was good. Starters and desserts very nice. We had steak for mains, and unfortunately it was awful. It was full of gristle in every mouthful. Worst steak every eaten in a restaurant.

The restaurant provided great service and the staff were attentive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our choice of food from the menu which was part of a Scoopon offer.

Couldn't fault the service or the food. Very tasty and fresh food with a good choices of dishes to choose from. A great value night out.

We have enjoyed Bistro 65 on several occasions. The service is attentive and food is consistently good. However I feel the menu offering for voucher deals has declined in recent times. But I've no doubt we will be back, with or without a voucher, as this venue has much more going for it - great city location, good quality accommodation and a fabulous buffet breakfast!

entree was better than main.. steak was on the skinny side but overall well presented.. table service was outstanding and very friendly but the crows lost Bugga!!

Service was professional and efficient. The food was delicious and of a high standard. The restaurant area is on a mezzanine level, overlooking the bar and entrance of the hotel. One suggestion - the live entertainment, although an excellent singer, was complemented by a very average sound system. Hence the music was a little loud and muffled. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would visit again.

One of my favourite restaurants in the city. Good atmosphere. Great food. Service is usually good however on this occasion we weren't given plays and cutlery.

Starters and dessert were good. Mains were poor. Vegetarian lasagna lacked vegetable filling. Water was warm and restaurant set up for breakfast before we even got dessert.

We had a scoopon voucher, great value! Bottle of Shiraz was beautiful, as was the platter for 2, steak mash and broccolini. The sticky date pudding and ice cream was delicious and the butterscotch sauce to go with it was yum but very sweet. We also had the Eton mess, this was my least favourite dish, I think the strawberries had been cut on the same board as onions which left an unpleasant taste. but over all was a great night and the service was good! Would go back again

Great food & staff are friendly and attentive, nice clean surroundings would definitely recommend Bistro 65. Second time we've been & both occasions were most enjoyable
