Nice dishes, good prices. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Service was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious - home made hash browns and generous servings. Vegetarian and healthy options. Toilets clean and fresh. I would definitely recommend this to others.

The service was professional, friendly and prompt. For the Seafood Linguine, the pasta was cooked just as it should be, the prawns were firm and tasty, the fish delicate and flavoursome, the mussels were a little overdone as were some of the scallops. Overall a good dish. The Beef Cheek Ragu Gnocchi was melt in your mouth beef with a lovely sauce and soft pillow of gnocchi. This was a great dish. We will return.

Amy is wonderful and cheerful in serving us. Passionfruit creme brulee is yummy. We will be back on Saturday and Sunday. Thanks for the mother's day special.

An enjoyable lunch with a very generous sized fillet of barramundi with nicely cooked vegetables. It was a bit disappointing that there was no herb bread or plain bread with olive oil available with the meal, but otherwise everything was good.

Very few patrons so no atmosphere. Very average food. Bottled chilli sauce on veges. Not the experience we had a few months ago when we had dinner there. Hope this was a once off bad experience.

Friendly service.Always greeted with smiles and always accomodating .Excellent food and many choices.Warm atmosphere and relaxed. Easy parking nearby .I come here iften with friends.

Food was good but took quite a while to be served. Waitress accidentally knocked over a beer that spilt all over the table and into my wifes handbag.

Lunch at Benson's was a pleasurable experience with an excellent menu, and good service. The owners were on hand to engage with the patrons, and assist with the service. It is a noisy place.

It was great, the food arrived looking fantastic really enjoyed the Parma. Brilliant!

Good Food - Service only OK - Timing poor We were greeted well, and shown our table. Then left for some time, we had BYO wine and the glasses were on the table, but my teenage kids wanted a soft drink / Mocktail. After I finally gained the attention of the waitress this was arranged. The food was all good, but one meal came much later than all the others. That was even after our meals sat for some time on the servery under hot lamps, hence were overly hot on top and a bit cool underneath. Again, the actually food was good. Summary, service needs a bit of improvement, but food if worth trying. We will still go back.

Great food and service. Good value for money. Staff were very pleasant. Only suggestion would be for some sun blinds on the windows as the setting sun was quite annoying

Great food, great location, very polite and supportive staff who are very attentive to your needs. The meals are very tasty and their is a great variety. A definite place to try if you haven't been before.

The restaurant was very busy, however the service was fantastic and our lunch was delicious. So good that we are coming back again this week with another group of friends!

Great food and good selection offered on the menu. Being coeliac the chef catered for my dietary requirements. The staff were very pleasant and attentive.

Relaxed atmosphere where the service was excellent and our food was very good. We had some very fussy eaters amongst us but it was no trouble for the staff and chef who accommodated to their needs.

A lovely meal and a nice quiet restaurant where the tables are not positioned right on top of each other. Service was a tad slow and not all of our party of ten got our meals at roughly the same time! But staff were friendly and helpful. i would definitely come again.

Food wasn't good. Not good flavours and far too many cheap items like kale or salad filled the plate. Eggs had no flavour, neither did the calamari and they mixed too many flavours trying to get dishes to look good on the plate, rather than taste delicious. 2 stars as the coffee was good. 0 stars for the food. We won't be going back.

Good food, good quick service tonight. Have been a bit disappointed with the service or lack of during the day , there doesn't seem to be enough staff to cope with the demand for coffees etc

The restaurant is comfortable with a friendly atmosphere. The menu was simple with, for us, adequate choice. Prices were reasonable. Staff were friendly and the service was excellent. There were two seafood dishes as 'special'. I had one my partner the other. Both were excellent. We both enjoyed or experience.

The staff were polite & made every effort to make sure our meal was enjoyable. The Mediterranean Lamb Salad & The Barramundi were delicious. The Passionfruit Brûlée was amazing the only improvement could have been the Sticky Date which was quite dense & doughy in texture. Enjoyable dinner overall.

A little neighbourhood gem. Friendly service and the menu is varied and food good. The coffee is also good. Kitchen is only small, so you would need a bit of patience and understanding if you were attending with a large group.

I went with a group of five. We all enjoyed our meals. There was a mistake with one main course order. To compensate that person was given a complimentary glass of wine as her meal then arrived ten minutes later than the rest of the group.

Great service and atmosphere. Excellent menu choices and a great range of wines on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful and prepared to do that little bit extra to make the overall experience a pleasure.

Staff very professional, my meal was not as good as last time, it was a Risotto, the chicken was dry, and it was quite salty in taste, Coffee was good, my friends meal of smashed Avocado, was up to the usual good standard. I will return, but not choose the Risotto that I have had at a previous visit, because it was ok only.

Easy to book online, Wine and food both of a high standard. Liked not feeling pressured to leave once we had finished meal. The three of us willreturn.

Really nice staff, nice atmosphere, and good location. Parking was a bit short term but we were all able to have our meeting with no issue.

A wonderful Suburban restaurant in Mt Waverley. Fantastic flavors and atmosphere, at prices you'd expect from a lessor restaurant. I've tried evening and breakfast meals, and both are wonderful. Well done Benson's...keep it up, as I will be back.

For my very 1st visit to Benson's Mt Waverley I found the food to be delicious and the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere of the restaurant clean and welcoming and tables are well placed, not to close to others. Would be keen to visit again soon.

Service was excellent and the food superb. Started with a beef wagu tapas followed by barramundi fillet and finishing with an Affogato. Intimate surrounding due to its size; a hidden gem. Highly recommend you visit.

Clean and Tidy, attentive staff but not overly, music could have been lower for easier conversation. Fixed menu but good size portions and quality excellent.

Restaurant was very busy so I would suggest to make a booking, Very cold day so it was lovely to walk into a warm environment. Friendly welcome and excellent service. We all enjoyed our meals, Barramundi Special which was Gluten Free, chicken toastie, pork belly and lamb salad and a glass of wine made our lunch an excellent experience. Would recommend and we will go back.

The menu has a tasty selection, Jaspers coffee which is always good and the setting was quiet, relaxed and comfortable. Definitely good for a weekday work lunch.

The food was good. Nice selection to choose from. Staff were friendly and left us to eat in peace. They didn't however, come up to us after we had eaten to see if we wanted anything else (not that we did), but usually you get wait staff who follow-up just in case.
