Four of us had a great dinner. Food was excellent, but the service a bit amateurish but very friendly. Will be back for a return visit.

My wife and I went there this time with four friends from the Eastern Suburbs. Every one of us commented on how good the food was - very tasty and good portion size. Very friendly and accommodating service.

Highly recommend Bella Blue! Delicious food , good prices, friendly staff and excellent service. One of the few places where you can actually hear and talk to your friends and family while enjoying your evening out.

Good tapas dishes! Reasonably price food! Nice cocktails! Good Decor and atmosphere! Wait staff are friendly and helpful! Maybe suggestions is to make the tapas dishes larger servings

Excellent tapas (shared 6 between two people for lunch) and truly delicious lemon lime tart for dessert! Very impressed with the standard of food and the presentation. Thank you. 😀

Nice selection of food and tapas. Got a big selection of different cuisines from all around so our tapas experience was very collective which we enjoyed very much. The service was great and attentive.

Good service and good food. Enjoyed our night. Between us we had the duck, lamb shanks and risotto and thought they were all very good.

Service was good and the bar waiter even made me a special cocktail, but there was too much potato in the fish cakes. Otherwise everything else was good.

Food and coffee were really good. Ordered the big breakfast and it's great value for money. Service wasn't too bad although could be improved as the waitress wasn't very attentive

Lunch with a friend. Great service, excellent meal. I had the vegetarian risotto and my friend, the chicken and avocado salad. Both well cooked and presented. Followed meal with great coffee. Will definitely be back.

Our group of four adults enjoyed our experience at lunch time. The waiter was very pleasant and obliging, unlike many other waiters we have experienced he had a smile and seemed to enjoy his work. For the most part the food was enjoyed by all, and we could here ourselves talk. I don’t know what the noise volume would be like during the evenings, perhaps more noise? Went there for lunch last Saturday. The menu has good selections. The staff was friendly and helpful. Love the crispy skin and juicy meat of the spatchcock and duck breast.

Although my friends and I were 'eating light' for lunch .. the salad options were great, and the servings generous. Also the service was very attentive and friendly... Will look forward to returning to try some of the other mains dishes sometime soon.

The service was, as always, of a very good standard, as well as being friendly. The food was lovely: two of us had the salmon special, which was delicious, and the other two had the spatchcock, which they have pretty regularly and always enjoy.

A really relaxed setting food beautifully cooked, menu has excellent variety and the meal was delicious. I particularly liked the quieter relaxing music .so important when you are conversing with friends.

Excellent meal as usual. We are regulars. Scallops on parsley mash and salad very refreshing on a hot day followed by lemon crepes and ice cream.

The calamari entree was well cooked and delicious. The scallops were over cooked so a disappointment. The liqueur was served in a water glass with a straw! Maybe some research could be done how to serve liqueurs. The service was really good.

The service was good, the food was cooked and presented well. The ambience was great because there is enough space to spread the tables out so we could actually have a conversation! A well priced menu and wine list too.

Staff very pleasant, but the heating was so hot, we all found it just too warm especially when we started eating. The food was very good.

My wife and I went with 4 friends from the Eastern Suburbs on a Saturday evening. It was well patronised and not unexpectedly so given the quality and tastiness of the food that we all experienced and the efficient, helpful and friendly service. The manager Dinu, who we consider to be one of the best baristas around, had the night off however his stand-in was also excellent and the coffees he made were pleasingly of high quality barista standard.

The best thing about the Bella Blue is that it is not noisy as they have carpeted the floor and had sound blocks installed. The service and food were good. There is plenty of variety. Admittedly since we were there the same time as the State of Origin football, there were relatively few people. However, I would suggest that friends try it.

Great home cooked style of food, big portions, very accomodating staff. What I like about this restaurant is it's not too noisy and the tables aren't too close together.

The food and drinks were excellent. The staffs were very friendly too despite it was Mother's Day and they were quite busy, but they took time to look after you.

My wife ordered a crab linguini as a main course and the portion set was an incredible size for a child. She has ordered this dish before and was naturally disappointed being Mothers Day.

Went for dinner on Tuesday 16 May. Nice food (risotto + barramundi), cosy atmosphere. Guy who served us was very welcoming and went out of his way to make it a relaxing enjoyable night.

Discovered this great little local restaurant after not visiting since it was a cafe in the 90s. Big menu to suit the whole family and good quality food. We had 2 courses each and it cost just under $200 for the seven of us. We took our own wine. Service is friendly and the place was almost full - not bad for a Sunday night.

Have been here a number of times now and always enjoy the friendly welcome and service. The Food is of a high standard and they have some great special offers available on their website!

Lovely food and great service but unfortunately we were seated next to a very large and noisy table which made it difficult to hear what our friends were saying. Just the luck of the draw I guess. It won't stop us going back.

Had a very nice lunch there. Service was friendly. The atmosphere was warm and for once I could hold a conversation in a noiseless environment. I would recommend this restaurant for good food and friendly service all round. Would happily go there again. Food prices very reasonable.

Had lunch with a group of friends at Bella Blue. Had a good choice of dishes and everyone enjoyed their meal. Service was friendly and efficient. I will certainly be returning.

Fantastic service, the food was excellent and to a very high quality, very professional and friendly staff, and it made for a great anniversary dinner!
