The customer service was poor. In addition the food took too long to come out and was mediocre at best for the price we paid.

My favourite Mexican place in town! Fun atmosphere, very nice staff and delicious food. Great place for a catch up with friends. Better book in advance as they are super busy on weekends.

Great food & great service. Only downer was the margaritas were pretty ordinary (and one would assume Mexicans have margaritas down pat) but that was “compensated” by the out of this world sangria!!!!

A bit disappointed this time I have visited, we ordered a jug of sangria and it was pretty diluted. Food was still pretty good. Will need to think again if I will re-visit.

Delicious traditional Mexican food and a good selection of wines and cocktails. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a great evening and especially enjoyed the Ceviche.

Good food and the portions are massive! Ordered the Chimichanga, Sangria, Burrito, and Quesadilla. Good value kid’s meal too, $10 for a drink, main, and churros for dessert!

Returning customer, best Mexican restaurant you can find in Glebe

I have been returning here so many times, one of the best Mexican in Glebe. Define recommend. Must try this out if you have not already

First time here and will definitely be back. Yummy food, excellent selection of drinks including sangria and cocktails, great service, buzzy vibe yet not too noisy.

Food was tasteless and expensive. Having lived in California for a number of years this is not authentic. Cocktails were average. Pricey and not worth it

The food is great l. Well priced. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend it to others. In my opinion it is the best Mexican on Glebe point road.

Come here regularly as some of the best Mexican in Sydney. Today was a little off and the quality of the food and service was not to their usual standard. Will happy go back for more regardless.

Nice atmosphere, lovely staff, VERY ordinary food with a heavy focus on black beans and rice, cheese and starch. Mexican cuisine deserves better than this. Mole chicken over-cooked, dry and the weirdest of cuts. Sorry, but a fast food outlet would have been better for food and value.

Really good food with generous portions. The sangria is great too and comes in jugs. We tried some of their tequila options as well after our food - there's a very broad range of tequila and mezcal to try and the waiters will help you choose.

Excellent food and good atmosphere. Service was a bit average as no one took drink orders or checked on us throughout the evening. A bit crowded as tables are close together so you have people bumping into your table all night.

Not looked after well enough. Had asked for cake with candle for birthday. Cake provided without candle. It wasn’t bad experience but not memorable enough

This small restaurant has a cosy atmostphere. The food is good with some nice specials and the service great. People are nice and always smiling.

Great food, great service although the food comes out very fast, assuming that is so they can move the 6.30pm feed on for the 8.30pm sitting. I recommend ordering starters then waiting a bit.

Have been a few times. On this occasion we needed to be at the movies so only had 45mins or so. Our waitress was friendly & very prompt. She put our food order in whilst we decided on drinks (thinking outside the box!) which was smart and greatly appreciated. She was helpful answering all our questions about the dishes and pleasant. Food is generous and good. Full marks.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great food at great prices. We never have to wait long to be fed, the food is always hot and tasty.

It's be enough that the standard in Australia seems to be no split bills, even though other countries seem to do it with ease. But Baja Cantina went one up, you can't even split the payment!! Yup, you can't give them half in cash and half on the card. Too hard for them. What rubbish! I won't be going back. I won't even bother telling you about the food and service, this stupid split payment rule tells you what their attitude is to putting the customer first.

We had a table of 11, and the food was excellent as we'd hoped. We didn't wait long for anything and the waitstaff we're attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The best Mexican we've had in Sydney too, which after traveling to Mexico last year we were really keen to find.

Nice vibe and food. Jalapeño margarita was delicious as were the jalapeño poppers. Generous portions of food that appeared quite quickly at the table. The service was efficient and friendly.

Very attentive and friendly service. Looked after the needs of our Miss 4 really well. Best Chicken Mole I've had outside of Mexico. We'll be back.

Excellent restaurant. Want real Mex Food, this is the place to go. Disappointed by the churro's, too dry. Parking is a bit hit and miss. I'll be coming again.

Good was tasty, great nachoes & margaritas. But the meals didnt come out hot, almost like they were pre-made. The white wine sangra was also not very nice.

The prawn fajitas are always consistently delicious and finished off with some yummy churros. A charming setting, bustling environment and friendly staff. You will leave full and happy.

Normally no issues however this time wasn’t so great. Waited way too long for our food. People who arrived after us got theirs before we did.

Perfect. Service food and ambience was great. Really enjoyable experience. Serving sizes were large and generous. Make sure you try their cocktails. Make sure you book so that you guarantee a table.

The staff are kind and efficient, the portions are enough to share, which is a bonus for couples! If you could add one soft tortilla to the fajitas dish, it'd be the best restaurant on Glebe Point Road:)

Best mexican place you can find in Sydney. Atmosphere is good, stuffs are alight. Cocktails are strong, food is amazing. My favourite food is Enchirito, you gotta try that out if you gonto BAJA!!!

There are so many mediocre mexican restaurants around Sydney that promise good food and do not deliver. If you want great, tasty, authentic mexican food, come to Baja Cantina. Portions are generous, reasonably priced and service is great. Great decor and atmosphere too.

Good food, more traditional mexican style. Great for groups. However the service was a bit lacking - didn't feel very welcome, very rushed. Overall an ok experience

Food was great, service was great along with the prices. The Chicken fajitas and nachos were tasty. Going back for the Chimichanga they looked tasty. Sangria was great. Spent $40 on dinner for 2 people.

We had a group dinner here & was very impressed. The food was abundant, tasty & great value. The restaurant had a good ambience about it. I’d say we’ll definitely be back!

We went to Baja Cantina for a birthday and we had a lovely time! The food was great, would especially recommend the tortilla soup as it's something you can't find at every Mexican place. The nachos is also bomb. We were a table of majority vegetarians and there were plenty of great options
