Food, cocktails and service simply amazing. You have to try this cafe. Make a booking and ask to be seated outside on the back patio. Chicken Mole is the best.

Best food I've had in ages. Staff are friendly. Portions are really good, seasoning is perfect and met my expectations. Great trip, worth travelling for!

The atmosphere was very very nice, they had alive Mexican music which was lovely. The food was average, the service was nice and the food came out fast. But gave it a 3 as the food was not amazing.

Great atmosphere for a colourful cruisine of much flavour and freshness. Service was excellent. Generous servings bring your appetite. Sangria was excellent and totally complements the food. Go.

Food is good, but very much let down by the service and the rush to get you out to close. We had an 8:30pm booking for a birthday (told it would be a two hour sitting), but the first thing they said to us was "the kitchens closing at 9" ... by the time our group all arrived at 8:50, we were given minutes to order. They then turned the music off and started packing up around us. We were then asked to leave because they wanted to close. We really felt like they didn't want us or our business at all and it really showed in their actions.

Food was tasty and abundant. The sangría was potent. We would have preferred to eat earlier than the 8:30 sitting, Being summer the windows were open and an enormous spider ran up the wall behind us just as our food was being brought out. This was beyond the control of the restaurant but it did add some drama to the evening.

For one of the only places in Sydney that does them, I was very disappointed the tamales were not available at 8:30pm. I had planned this for a friend who had not had them in a long time. Besides that the food came very quickly and was tasty and very generous quantities. Would definitely eat there again for great Mexican!

The food was very tasty. The cocktails were spot on. The service was really good, despite it being quite busy that night. I will definitely return

Friendly service, staff was attentive and accomodating. It's a lovely looking place. The food was good but not amazing, I had not been there in a while so think in my nostalgia I built up my expectations! I got the beef burrito grande spicy but no spice and was a little bland, lots of rice and beans. Would have liked more fresh salsa in the burrito but that's just me!

The food is amazing - there are plenty of options for vegetarians. The staff are friendly and the service is fast. Not the type of place to sit around for endless hours taking up the table and sitting there all night - it does not have that type of ambience.

The Baja Cantina provides great food and service and represents good value for money. Service speed from order to food arriving is very quick also. A great night for Adults and children.

Best Mexican food in Sydney. Great service and the Supreme Margarets are incredible.

Great location in Glebe. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was very good and plenty of guacamole and excellent Margarita's. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The food was good, however a very bad first impression when I got there for dinner. The table was dirty and it looked like it has not been cleaned after lunch... also when our booking time finished (6:30-8:30), a waiter came and treated us like ^*+%it, practically kicked us out. I went to have a chat with the owner but the lad was not listening and although he apologised, he seemed like not caring much about my complain... I was recomendéd by one of his friends but he does not give a @>%^!!! One does not go out wanting to be treated like shit in a restaurant!!! Will never come back!

Excellent food. Good servings. Relaxed but bustling atmosphere. Kids love it. We have been sevdral times with big groups and with family and it works for everyone.

I love this place and we've been coming here for years, slightly lower score than usual as they forgot an entree but as we were too full to eat it anyway not so much a problem.

Went here to catch up with friends from the states. In comparison, the food wasn't quite as amazing but the tequila did its job. Not too shabby

Fun place to have dinner. Nachos with beef were awesome. They have white sangria. Recommend to families and groups. A bit too noisy for first dates.

My party of 3 dined here on a busy Saturday night. The food was amazing, servings are HUGE. Service was fantastic and food came out so fast!

Great food but staff missed that I wrote we had a wheelchair in our party. They were able to accommodate us still. There was a mix up with the order but they were able to rectify it. Highly recommend this restaurant

Baja Cantina has been great every time I visit. I was there my last time 10 years ago and was pleasently surprised to find they have not lost a step. Great service, food and drinks.

Fantastic food. Enormous portions. Brilliant price. What more could you want! Been there a couple of times and would gladly drive all the way to Glebe for such great food.

Baja Cantina is one of my favourite restaurants in Sydney. They have fast service, delicious food and reasonable prices. The serving sizes are enormous so be warned. Also if you get the 'fajitas' get one between two, I made that mistake once, never again.

Tasty Mexican food. Good value for money. Quick service. Too noisy to hold a conversation. Well located to public transport. Bookings recommended as have unsuccessfully tried to get tables here as walk-ins in the past.

Too many tables in such a small space. Food was average and the sangria wasn't made on site, it was just a premix. Very disappointing.

Baja Cantina is always amazing! The food never disappointing, the service is always great. The burrito is always a top pick with the mixed dips and corn chips to start with! The cheese dip will change your life!

Great restaurant with plenty of atmosphere. The service was attentive and cheerful. Just go easy on the food order, they are large positions and can be shared. This is my go to Mexican restaurant in Sydney.

Nice place for party , the colours is nice and the food is very delicious , the have music on Sunday night , We had th chiken mole it was nice and taste , and also the sangria is amazing

Appetiser was edible but could noteven touch the enchiladas. They tasted like a hand towel filled with unseasoned meat. Poor quality food would not recommend

Restaurant was clean and staff were really friendly. Wide range of food available on the menu. Food was fresh and generous servings given. I hav been here a few times and will be back in the near future.

Our booked table was ready when we arrived. It was easy to order and the arrival of the food was timely. The servings are very big and we ate too much. Next time we will share.

The service was excellent, however while the food offered a no meat option for the vast majority of meals they didn't counterbalance with vegetables or anything and my friends meal was 90% rice.

Pretty Standard Mexican restaurant. Gets really loud inside when it's full. Nice food. If I did the Pepsi challenge with this place and flying fajita sisters, would not be able to tell the difference. Make sure you book early though as they were turning walk ins away.

I Love this restaurant, it's authentic Mexican food at its finest. Really lovely service and great atmosphere, it's the only Mexican restaurant I'll eat at.

We are from Southern California and Baja Cantina is the closest to Mexican food that we have had here in Sydney. The chicken mole is incredible. The staff is very friendly and the service is great.

We love Baja cantina, best Mexican in town! Big portions and fresh ingredients. The chipotle prawns are great in fajitas or taco supreme and love the trip of dips for the table to start.

Lively atmosphere. Hard to hear. Food came quickly. Large portions and generous serves including guac, cheese & sour cream. Wine list is very average. Busy restaurant but only one toilet facility for women.

Fun place! There was a mariachi band playing! Food was generally good but was let down by the rice being dried out. Super quick service! Very good.

Great food, drinks become expensive with a group so would prefer BYO option. We had a family with screaming children beside us so ask for a table at the back.
