The service was very disappointing. For such an expensive high tea you would expect to be looked after. Instead we were kept waiting for half an hour for our “arrival glass of sparking” and had to prompt the wait staff at the bar for tea, milk, spoons and water. Very frustrating.

Good service and food quality. Will be back again soon.

Savoury Food and scones were excellent however dessert part of high tea was disappointing even the chocolate option was underwhelming and I love chocolate. Service was slow, more than made up for this with an extra glass of sparkling.

Poor service. Limited range of pastries and cakes. The tea was underwhelming. They started vacuuming the Melba Restaurant while we were seated.

Our group had the afternoon tea, a couple more savoury offerings would have balanced the experience as it is more loaded with sweets. The tea menu is lovely as is the wine list. Did have to seek out service for drinks and refill of drinks. The last time I came the area was divided by screens and was lovely and intimate, this time the whole area was open which I did not enjoy as much. The menu itself had not changed at all, some newer fresher offerings would elevate the experience and attract return business. I was looking forward to returning but after this occasion I might try somewhere else next time.

Food was lovely, however service was slow, and the drinks were pre-poured and waiting on the bar to be served when we arrived so the wine was already warm when we got it.

Poor service. Tea over brewed. Beef croquetes and koko black chocolates were tasty. Crab substituted with cheese and ham sandwich.

The food was amazing however we wish there was more savory even if that means less sweets.

A preponderance of over-sweet cakes/ desserts? I expected more ribbon sandwiches. (Meat confection was the best offering). Service was slow but friendly when it arrived. We had to wave arms to get the teapots after a long delay. Otherwise it was fine!

Waited over an hour for our high tea platter and only got it then because we asked twice, the tea was cold, not our best high tea experience

Very pleasant & food was excellent We had to ask for the tea as they forgot to ask us which blend we preferred so none arrived

The curt welcome, cracked table ware and dirty cutlery didn't bode well to start our high tea. The rest of the service however, however was friendly and the food was tasty and appealing.
