The food here is always amazing, we ordered the lamb cutlets, salmon, pork belly, snitzel and chips and then coffee and deserts afterwards. Great value for money and we always enjoy eating here. The only thing I would add is the coffee is average, warm and not that hot. Aside from that everything else we enjoyed.

All 3 dishes we chose were terrible. The lasagne had far too much cheese on top (more like a thick slab rather than a sprinkle), the satay chicken was extremely dry and the chicken parmigiana was more like an overcooked grilled chicken. Definitely won't be in a hurry to go back unfortunately

meal and service at Amstel. Our favourite place to eat. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. The Grandsons loved playing in the playroom and we all enjoyed our meals.

Took relies from Queensland in for a meal. They were amazed at the menu choice. The food was tasty and hot. A tad more expensive than some other eateries but enjoyed the evening.

I know at times really busy but wait time for meal over hour (staff let patrons know running behind)

Great good, service and atmosphere but our food was likely forgotten, took almost an hour before we asked then came out 20 minutes later.

Food and service was excellent! We had a bit of a mix up with a couple of our meals but it was all handled very professionally by staff involved. We left very happy after our experience. Would highly recommend Amstel for a meal.

Change of menu it’s smaller in size which makes it easier to read. Meals came out promptly and were decent sized. Would have liked more attention from any waiter/waitress the only time we saw them or they spoke to us was to take our order and clear table. No questions after meal had been brought to table if everything was ok

Always enjoy going there, good food and close for us.

Meals were good. One of our party was given a Burger, when he actually ordered a Steak Sandwich.

The lamb shanks had no flavor. Also the salmon was a small serve. The red velvet cake was so dry.

Food was overall really great enjoyed our night and staff were very friendly

My husband and I really enjoyed the Amstel and both meals were lovely. It is table service for food and you order your drinks at the bar. Our plates were cleared and we left. About 2 hours after we got home we realised we had left without paying for our meals. I rang and paid over the phone. I was then told it happens quite a bit, and I can see why.... we completely forgot and I can only imagine that not everyone would be as honest. It was so easy to just walk out.

I booked a table to celebrate a small baby shower. Everything was amazing, the only thing was waiting to be served to take orders was a long wait, which never happens, so not a drama. We enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service!

Place nice, some of the food was average, but ok

Everything about this place was easy. They provide table service, the waitress was lovely. Despite it being busy our meals came out quickly and they are very generous serves. To top it off when the waitress came to collect our plates she offered me a takeaway container for the rest of my meal. It was a great experience.

Amazing food. All six of our meals were served quickly, hot and fresh. They tasted amazing and a great sized serve.

Pretty good as usual! Can't complain. Their meals are large and tasty!
