Unfortunately we had a terrible experience today, my order was sent back to kitchen as it was incorrect then it was again made twice incorrect by the end I was eating my partner food with him. And I was offered no refund or anything! Massive disappointment

Amazing food, great atmospheres, well done, we will be back.

We have dined at Amstel many times and always found the meals to be exceptional, sadly today the beef pie was still frozen in the middle,

The specials were awesome. Had options of so many items, not to mention the beers and wine drink specials too. Really nice place. Great menu. Will be back again

We were put near beside the door where people were constantly coming and going. It was very drafty and annoying. Bad place to put a table. Next to me I will ask for a better table.

It was quite noisy even though there was not that many people. Food was great and especially for seniors. Great value. Our dirty plates were still on the table when we left so thats one area that could be improved

We had to wait for our reserved table to be available for about 15 minutes while they hurried the people up. It was very loud in there. Food was pretty good.

The place looks great, the service is slow and unorganized, meals are nothing special if it wasn't buy 1 get 1 free i would be very disappointed

Really fresh new atmosphere. Great for kids/families, service and food were also good. free still and sparkling water at the bar. 😀

Meals were good but a very poor (only 5) amount of chips with the beef ribs. I know it is 2 for 1 night but skimping that much is not good.

Staff great, food was amazing venue very clean and at high standard.

It was very very noisy it took over an hour & half to get our food the waiters walked around trying to find the tables to deliver the food when the tables had a clear tall number on it. We had four dishes and they couldn’t get that right walked out without eating. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Overall very frustrating experience wouldn’t return.

On visiting your restaurant for lunch. We had a beautiful meal and love the atmosphere of the restaurant. But looking around there were at least fifty people like ourselves over sixty. I looked at peoples plates that they had left, like myself couldn’t eat your veggies , like cauliflower and broccoli. They are under cooked and to hard to eat. It is well known that people our age like a nicely cooked vegetable.

The girls from Work and I have been there are few times. The only bad thing this visit was our meals were all bought to the table 10-15 mins apart , so we didn’t get to eat our meals hot together.
