Very slow service, waited almost 90mins for our order to be taken and had to ask repeatedly to place a drinks order. Below average, wrong bill at the end of the night, won’t be back!

Friendly and fast service, some food was good but my steak was overcooked&vegetables undercooked. Nice atmosphere and city fibe. Flies were a problem but it was a hot day so that could have been why

The food was nice but we we’re only there for under an hour and we felt like we were being rushed. I had one waitress ask if she could start clearing our food right in the middle of eating!

The food was amazing 10/10 and we will be back to eat here again to try more things on the menu! Plus, how quick the food came out was amazing! A few downfalls was that we waited about 10mins to even get offered a drink after being seated and once we ate the plates sat on our tables for a good half an hour after we finished eating, even after being served more drinks and waitresses walking past regularly. Seemed like they were a bit understaffed on the floor which obviously contributed to some slower services.

I had the Lamb and Sweet Potato Pizza. There were hardly any lamb pieces. I paid $24.0 and compare with Bondi Pizza (meat lovers) your pizza worth 2 for quality and 0 for price. Thanks Donald

We had a great seat and were given very attentive and amazing service. The food was fantastic, well portioned and it came out promptly :)

The food was just mediocre & highly priced. You can have the same food at other places for a cheaper price. I wouldn’t go to eat there again

Cocktails were ridiculously sweet. The share souvlaki platter was too dry with only a small dip to share. The chips were very greasy and the pittas stale. Very dissappointing.

The steak was tough, the desert was frozen and the service was slow, the meals didn’t come out altogether, would not go back again .

Great service, Staff were lovely, Food was amazing! Fast service as well. Couldn't complain about anything at all. Was a really great night. Would definitely go back again.

Awful and would never return. Entrees served after mains, one entree didn’t arrive and basic cutlery dumped on the table - I have been to better pubs than this. Certainly not value for money.

I went with my friends and it was so good I took my husband with me the next day. Awesome customer service, beautiful atmosphere and delicious food.

Nice food, and decor. No A/C on a hot summer's day seemed silly - had to request the staff turn on the AC, and significantly more comfortable after that.

The food was all very nice and the cocktails were lovely. nice venue/ good atmosphere and decor. . Service was very average however and was hard to get table service outside.

We had an amazing Time. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The food was Fantastically Delicious! We will definitely recommend to others and return :)

Wait staff were inattentive, noticed plenty of yawning... Food and drinks were fine, disappointed that a simple pasta dish arrived 10 minutes after everyone else had been served

Lovely food, wine and service. Staff were happy to assist a friend with some mobility issues. We had a wonderful time. Very nice atmosphere and Christmas vibe for an end of work lunch. Thanks!

Food was good but no service whatsoever. Had to ask for menus then waited ages before we managed to get someone to take our orders. Bit disappointing for a place like that.

Food was great, however the venue didn’t have air con so it was quite warm inside. Other than that, great service, friendly staff and great food!!

Great food - awesome espresso martinis and great service. Try the honey haloumi, it is to die for, definetly my favourity thing on the menu and the gaytime stack for desert is divine - although you may want to share it

Food was great and fast, service was friendly and attentive. Lovely venue and was nice and quiet (not very busy, but was mid week). Would recommend.

Food was great and cocktails were excellent, but on a Saturday night the music was so loud we were practically shouting to hear each other. Seems like a weird mix between a restaurant on one side and a club on the other, was hard to relax with the music pumping and people making heaps of noise. Would probably be nicer on a weeknight when people aren't out to party!

The vegetables we had with our meal where undercooked and we could not eat them. This was very disappointing as the meal is not cheap. I had the Barramundi and my husband had a steak. Staff weren't communicating to each other as we had two girls asking us the same questions. Not sure I would go back or recommend it...

Maybe when its hot outside, doors closed so that air conditioning can take effect. Overall experience was excellent, nice to find Veuve champagne by the glass.

Alex & Co is all show but no go. They did not warn us before we ordered that they didn’t have several things that wasn’t available. Only after we ordered did they tell us that they didn’t have seafood platter then we order pasta and oysters. They came and told us they didn’t have oysters either. The food was okay. The bartender did try to compensate for the seafood platter by upgrading one cocktail to a jug but the jug tasted like it was all soft drink and weak alcohol. Definitely not a great experience and would not recommend to anyone.

Food was good, not great & not brought out all together. Italian Wine ordered was not available but an Australian one substituted for the same price without asking. Also no adjustment to the bill. Requested water twice & wait for service was too long. Family birthday lunch could have been better but lack of attention made it memorable for all the wrong reasons. Will not be returning.

Great atmosphere and service was good. I had asked for champagne to be on the table when we arrived and there it was chilling nicely. Cocktails lovely!!

Great meal, great vibe, parking is easy. One room for improvement is around service speed and attentiveness. Scotch is tender and juicy, with a hint of char.

Alex & Co is modern large restaurant on the corner of Church St and Parramatta river. Good service, enjoyable food and drinks, and nice modern atmosphere.

service is too bad, slow, not professional. how many drinks missed and delayed? all the empty dishes or plates on the table and called for collection for 3+ times. so bad.

Too noisey. Music too loud. Turn it down until later when everyone is actually too drunk to care. Actually restaurant is good. Didn’t stay for food on this occasion. Price point not so great.

Food was quite good but service was rather underwhelming. We were sat almost on top of another dining party. Ordered two cocktails and were only brought one. Ordered a variety of food and all came out together. Table was extremely cramped. Food was tasty though.

Really enjoyable meal. Music perhaps too loud but got tempered down. Proximity to theatre is terrific. Good staff and quick service suitable for the ballet which occurred at 7 pm.

We had a lovely midweek dinner recently at Alex&Co! The waiters had great service and the menu was full of delicious choices! We chose a few of the share platters which were to die for and we will definitely be coming back to try some more!

My second time there, had a great 30th birthday. Great food, amazing staff, lovely atmosphere! Plenty of parking around which is a great plus. Highly recommended 😊

Beautiful set up and staff are lovely. Would suggest a couple more bar staff during busy periods of the expectation is to line up for drinks.

Great atmosphere food was very tasty well presented. Staff friendly a bit slow to respond at times. Good range of wine and beer. More expensive than we are used to in Parra but overall a very nice place to catch up with friends.

Always had to ask for staff so we could order, soft drinks took forever to come. Bill came to $210.50 and we gave them $210 not realising anyone else had given him the 50c and we were chased down for this. Food was good.

Welcoming staff Main meals very nice Dessert - ricotta pancakes very disappointing as pancakes like leather - waitress apologised and stated that they are not cooked fresh - deducted from bill Also I was disappointed to view 2 chefs talking in galley then one witnessed to lick his fingers when tasting something he had cooked laughing to the other chef and then embarrassed when he caught me looking at him - very unprofessional !!

Great food and excellent service. Would recommend to anyone looking for something different in parramatta. Right by the water as well which was nice :)

What a great place to dine in and have some drinks on a Saturday night! I went there as being recommended by my mate and really liked it. Staff have been so friendly and my Salted Caramel Espresso Martini a the end of my dinner was simply fantastic!!

Very impressed by this modern-decorated restaurant in terms of food and service. Had beautiful glass of Cabernet from the Barossa Valley with a scotch fillet and sauteed kale. The waiter was extremely helpful and polite. Couldn't have found a better way to treat myself on a Sunday evening!

Everything was fine until a large crowd arrived and the acoustics in the building made the voices louder and very unbearable as we could not hear each others conversation...my friend was served off seafood...to their credit Alexandco didn't charge for her meal or wine and offered to give her an alternative meal...however I would give it another try...

Very nice environment and great service at this restaurant in Paramatta. The staff have been very accommodating and friendly. I went for lunch and had the ragu pappardelle - very hearty like in Italy- and the roasted cauliflower as side dish. I'll return for brunch on a Sunday.

Great service, nice atmosphere and excellent presentation. Wait staff were very patient and knew their menu well. Also we were the last to leave the restaurant but they did not complain at all but were rather hospitable till the end !

Amazing place to dine and spend some time listening to some good music while having a couple of cocktails - the cocktails were absolutely excellent! I went last night - Thu evening- and loved the vibe, the staff and the overall atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to check it out.
