Service was appalling. Food was nice but did not make up for the service given the price tag. Expected a fine dining experience but got something worse than what you would get at a hawkers market

Venue, food and service was outstanding. The only issue was that when we arrived our designated table was outside on this verandah bit - the only table outside! As I had booked 4 weeks in advance this was very odd. They quickly changed this for me.

Requested more chilli sauce but none came. The Dim Sum was very good. The extra dishes were disappointing. The beef dish was too starchy. The cuttlefish was too soft as if soaked too long in tenderiser.The steamed fish had a muddy taste. Will stick to Dim Sum in future.

Great atmosphere on the night. Dragon dance and yummy food. My parents loved the whole night and we’ll be back for yumcha with friends soon!

Pros: Beautiful location, great and attentive service, food is refined and tastes clean (not full of "filler" ingredients, floor layout/spacing between tables isnt crowded, table setting is lovely and modern. Cons: parking is expensive (not this restaurant's fault though), food serving sizes are a bit smaller Will happily return!

Went for chinese new year. The food was nice but the staff is not really good. One couldn't recognise a fish dish from a chicken dish and 2 other waiters came with dishes we didn't ordered.

Possibly the best tasting Chinese food I have ever eaten. The service was friendly however was a bit slow otherwise would have been perfect. In fairness though it was Valentines so they were pretty busy. Oh and the location is beautiful beside the river there. I'll be back!

The quality of the food is "up there" with the best I have eaten in Hong Kong and Singapore. You have to try the Shanghai dumpling with the soup inside. Service is very efficient including wine and food. I wish dim sum restaurants had a system (like a flag on the table) so waiters know you don't want to order another dish for a while. Nice view over the water and close proximity to bars for a drink after lunch!! Clean toilets and the kitchen looks spotless. Prices reasonable for the quality.

Food is fantastic, top quality produce. Service is excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. We’ll be back again soon.

Excellent food and great service. XO and garlic sizzling prawns were fabulous. Goodish desserts. Nod a bad wine list but needs more choices including French. Overall great experience.

Food amazing, location awesome, staff friendly but if i was to say 1 negative, staff were a bit too quick to come to table to allow us time to enjoy and chat. So interrupting a bit too often.

excellent service, there was a slight problem with our food and your staff attended to it very quickly, well done. I took a friend for the first time and she was very impressed.

Food was fantastic and great value for money but the service was disappointing with one main course failing to appear and some of the staff appearing to be quite inexperienced. Having said that we will definitely return as the overall experience was very good.

Nice food and ambience. We went for dim sum. Lots of choices available. durian puff is yummy. The staff are attentive and welcoming. Will dine there again.

Went there onba Sunday night with the wife and daughters. The food was very nice. The service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Overall a very good experience.

Good location with great view. The food is pretty average, and the service was quite ok. Nothing special, the price was ok but a little bit pricy for these standard food.

The environment and the food were awesome, however the price is s little high, would definitely recommend to people who like the swan river view.

Well presented restaurant, nice staff and a better range of Dim Sum than other Chinese Restaurants in Perth. (We went for Dim Sum but I'm sure the main a la carte is good as well).

One of my preferred choices for dim sum in Perth, they have a good selection of savoury and sweet dim sum dishes. The baked sauteed duck bun with black pepper is a must try!

Restaurant location is nice, especially if you are near the deck. Cocktails are under filled and over priced for the glass only being 1/2 full. Food is average, nothing that I cannot get from a take way place down the road for half the price. Service is below average, having to ask for more water and for a coke half way through our meal. Background music is all over the place, Jazz one song, the next classical, rather confusing. Living just down the road, I honestly wanted this place to be good, but sadly will not be returning.

Nice place, good food, attentive staff. Arrived about 15 minutes too early, but not a problem for the restaurant. Our table was all ready to go. Assistant manager helped choose the menu and size to suit the 8 people in our party. The food and drinks arrived pretty promptly. The Singapore Sling was a bit tasteless, but other than that we all enjoyed the food.

Best Chinese in Perth, service great. Night tim view across river is hindered by reflection off glass. Staff were seen socialising at the bar while tables required clearing.

Normally the dimsum is excellent but for some reason that particular day some of the dishes were a bit cold. So on this occasion I have given a lower rating. The main gripe I have about this restaurant is the waiters/waitress seem to have a hearing problem and this is not the first time that it has happened. I am literally shouting at them and they just walk past as if you are invisible. Mind you the restaurant was busy but pretending not to hear your customers calling for you is very rude. Also, when serving dishes that requires a spoon to scoop the food like the king prawn flour roll, it would be nice if the waiter/waitress serving the dish provided the spoon. Having to ask for a spoon at a white table cloth restaurant indicates the waitstaff perhaps need a bit more training? The only consolation was Jason, the manager on duty that day, who articulated well and was attentive to me and my parents.

We went there for Yum Cha. Vey busy restaurant, the average food price are expensive than other Chinese restaurants, nice view, overall experience is okay.

We enjoyed the evening, staffs were very attentive, foods were great (presentation and taste), and ambience is spectacular. Surely will come back to try other dishes from this restaurant. Overall very good value for money.

This is my third time visit here. It is a wonderful place worth going, with great food and service. The taste very authentic, just like in China.
