7th Avenue Bar & Restaurant

When we arrived there we were told they were only open for take away, should not advertise that they are open or let us book the bloody table. We ended up with KFC for dinner, very poor for such a great business.

My steak was cooked perfectly. I ordered surf and turf. Octopus and mussels were a bit much, so I ended up with three prawns. Could have done without the mussels and octopus. I didn't eat it. Not enough vegetarian meals. Not enough entrees. Like perhaps try serving Pate. There should be a dress code. Singlets and thongs? and thats the women. People were friendly enough but a lot were dirty and badly dressed.

One of the members of our party has a hearing issue, the staff tried to accommodate us by placing us in a quieter area of the restaurant which was greatly appreciated. Friendly staff, prompt service and the meal was very enjoyable.

Great night out for a family dinner. Restaurant was pretty busy and service a little slow. But the food was tasty and fresh and arrived with not too long a wait time.

Excellent food and service. Only suggestions would be outside tables needed a wipe down and music volume in the restaurant was just a tiny bit loud.

Food was great one if group gave it 11/10 nothing to complain about that’s for sure

great friendly staff, food was delicious. perfect place for a relaxed weeknight meal.

I did book forc8 but unbeknown to as a surprise 2 more relatives came which was a lovely surprise. We did ask to move to another table because we were near a step. The staff did so without a problem. Thank you for the service.

Staff were pleasant and helpful and food was good. Air conditioning over our table was cold and staff turned it down for us. Enjoyable night with family!!

Value for money on special nights is a good idea especially Rib Eye steak night. Should have more of them and raffles should win desert licke cheese cake for after dinner etc.

A mix up with the coffees resulted in the waitress been less than happy this spoilt an otherwise great lunch. We did get given a free coffee to compensate so it all worked out in the end , very enjoyable day

This is my 1st time in 2024, the 7th Avenue Bar & Restaurant service was at it usual standard and the staff were most welcoming. They have for those relevant patrons offer seniors prices on selected items. Bravo keep up the good work

This is a regular haunt for a sat lunch when we want something substantial and delicious While the food this time was ok, chicken in a creamy sauce. The chicken was fry and the food was barely warm

The food was great. The venue is good. Ample parking.

Would have to be the best cooked steak we have had in a long time. Would visit again for sure.

Table of 12. We ordered entrees for the table first and waitress put the entrees order straight to the kitchen to get them out. She then went around the table and took everyone’s main orders. We got the 2x garlic bread and 2x bruschetta but had to ask where the 2x sharing plates were. Before we got them - the main were all being bought out.

The food and service were excellent. The staff were so good nothing was too much trouble and they were what made the experience a good one. The food was very good and with a good range to choose from everyone was able to find something to order on the menu. Prices were very reasonable

There was glass in the bottom of the bottle and the server just said “that’s not good” and hurried it away, no apology. Also I ordered a basket of fries which took over half an hour after the rest of the food to arrive. Most staff were rude/silent in exchanges with only one being actually good…. Food was brilliant though

We were very pleasantly greeted and the service was excellent throughout the night. All meals were very tasty and enjoyable although the steak in the steak sandwich was a little bit tough. I had the Chicken & Chorizo Pasta. It was amazing!!! Thankyou. The noise level was a bit loud, but thats to be expected with the volume of customers. We stayed for chase the ace which was fun. A good night was had by all

I ordered pork & prawn salad, the pork was very overcooked, no one came to clear our plates, until we managed to catch a waitress’s eye, as we wanted to order coffee, who sent some one else over, who greeted us with “what do you want” in a surly attitude, the flat whites were nearly cold, fish & chips were also ordered which wasn’t very nice, the ribeye steak no complaints, and the burger was ok.
