Beautiful food !!!! Sat straight down and were given menus, orders taken quickly and food arrived promptly. Service and friendliness were great. We will be back.

The stairs are very steep for elderly people and the chars are vert hard, I would reccomend the restaurant to younger people, but I dout that I will come again.

Booked this restaurant for a family birthday with one of our sons coming over from New Zealand. We had no space at the table, the main course order wasn’t put through, no attempts at apologies, then no service as our disgruntlement grew. No attempt to get kids meals out. It was the celebration that turned into a huge disappointment.

After an early seating hiccup...just Italy was very good. Sam was great and very helpful. Food was very good and just what we need in the strip. Will definitely be back now we have a really good local Italian option

Great service, pasta and tiramisu. The staff were friendly and attentive with just the right amount of Italian attitude. complementary limoncello was a bonus treat. Definitely come back for the homemade pasta.

Food was acceptable. We were given the wrong entrees. Service was just ok. Very Very noisy. Tables too close together. Nothing spectacular. Could get better at any café in Lygon Street.

A delightful evening was spent and we loved the free limoncello at the end of the night.

Very disappointed in wine selection, they need to rectify that as soon as possible other wise make it BYO with corkage. Very very limited. Food was delicious though.

Perfect atmosphere, food and staff. The only worry is parking.

Service could be better. Staff prioritised cleaning empty tables to coming to check whether we wanted dessert after we had finished our meal.

Food was fabulous and excellent friendly but professional service. We prefer to bring our own wine so having to buy wine made it a little expensive for us...

Really disappointed. Booked table not ready had to stand in middle of restaurant with everyone staring. My pasta was chewy and hard after waiting an hour for it. Then towards end of night they lifted tables up and stacked whilst we sat there and the person in charge sat at table next to us doing the books . Not teething issues just not thinking about the customer experience very well and the chef needs work how an Italian restaurant mucks up pasta ?

Food was good, but the noise was hideous impossible to hear what your fellow diner was saying.

Whilst the start of our night was a little disorganised, the staff the manager and the food made it all worth while. We were there on a night that was very busy so we were all packed in and crowded. It was noisy and actually very much like an Italian restaurant overseas. The food was delicious and the waiter worked hard to keep us happy. Would we go there again - absolutely would we go there for a romantic dinner for two - that’s a hard no. This is a good place you can go with your family or friends, it has no pretentiousness and yummy food. The only negative for me personally is they don’t have bubbles just Prosecco. A minor issue solved by having a aperol spritz instead :)

These guys are rocking it already and it’s only one week in !! Great choice of good old fashioned Italian staples.. My seafood linguine ( hand made ) was sensational.. generous serves . Wonderful choice of Italian wines too. Warm, welcoming and passionate staff. Love , Love , Love ❤️

The restaurant is only 2 weeks since opening and a lot of teething moments, very slow service but staff super friendly to compensate, I think it’s prospects are good but customer service needs to be stepped up. Pasta dishes extremely salty which impacted flavours, needs consideration. Early days but good potential.

Our first time there. We felt it was overcrowded with tables, hard to move around. Food was average. Felt more like a cafe/wine bar, not a restaurant.

Very nice meal and great service but too loud and squashed in upstairs.

Wonderful meal and excellent value for money. Meals were of a generous size and served fresh and hot. Good selection of drinks available. Table service was a little slow and could have had an extra wait staff on the floor.

Food is fabulous. Wine list is great. New restaurant, so appears to be having some teething service issues. Will definitely return.

We wanted quick pasta, well presented, no fuss and a quality family night out. We got it.

My husband and I really enjoyed our evening at Just Italy. We live just down the road and will most definitely be returning. We wish them every success as a new restaurant in the area.

Best place for a GOOD plate of pasta AND SOME ANTIPASTO

Food was great - the only complaint that I had was that the mains were served before the entree.

We had the degustation with matching wines. Very generous servings of delicious food, beautiful wines and very happy to adapt things to meet our preferences. Amazing staff, we had a wonderful time!
