Great service, couldn’t fault it. Wonderful food. Not cheap but great flavour, portions and quality. The restaurant was too loud for us, hard to talk to the person next to you. Next time we’ll get take away!

Our first visit with our friends and we will be back ! We started with the Veg Platter which was delicious and then onto Butter Chicken and Chicken Jalfrazi they were both amazing and also delicious! The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful ! Thank you !

Our first time at 2 Fat Indians was enjoyable. The service was friendly and fast, a great menu and the food was very nice. The downside for us was the drinks, as they don’t sell alcohol we opted for a couple of Pepsi’s at $7 each. Only to watch them pour our drinks out of a 2 litre bottle. Sadly the bottle hadn’t been left in the fridge nor had the top been left on. I feel $7 for a glass of flat warm Pepsi to be enough of a rip of that it takes the shine off the night

Venue though small was convenient with easy parking. Good food and drinks with excellent service. Food & drinks were reasonably priced.

The food was sensational unfortunately the evening and ambience is spoiled by the congested amount of Uber pick up drivers congregating in the restaurant whilst trying to enjoy the meal Would recommend two fat Indians look at another pick up option maybe at the side of the restaurant or rear Thanks for the experience

Been a regular at the restaurant near Joondalup shops and now we will also be at the restaurant at their new address. Food and service never lets us down

This was our first visit. We were four. The first thing we noticed were delicious aromas wafting us on the pavement outside the restaurant. A good sign. Inside, the dark solid timber bar, with art decco fixtures, black and verdigris panelling, an impressive clock and mirror all blended into an unexpected visual experience of stepping back into a bygone era. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming. The noise level was just the general hubbub of many people talking and having a good time. We were immediately taken to our table and menus provided. As soon as we were ready to order, I signaled the waitperson discreetly waiting, and our order was taken. The entrées arrived quickly. When we finished these, we were asked if we were ready for our mains. These took about twenty minutes to come. The food was to-die-for and of generous serving sizes – full of flavour and spice and without the vinegar taste that so often demeans Indian food elsewhere. Perhaps it was not surprising the food was so good, considering the number of Indian families dining there and the constant coming and going of takeaway food delivery drivers. Currently BYO. The liquor licence is expected in two months. Highly recommended.

Long wait times but lovely food. Also being an Indian restaurant where lots of spice if used, a more attentive person for drinks would have been more appreciated. Overall a nice place to go

This was our 2nd dine in at Two Fat Indians Joondalup. The food was delicious as usual, but the waiting time was a big disappointment. We waited 1 hour and 15 mins before the food was served, and the restaurant was not even half full on a Saturday night. No one came to explain why the food took so long. When I asked one of the wait staff about our order being 1 hour in the making, we were told that they were understaffed. But our previous experience was also similar - the food took an hour to be served. No apology whatsoever from any staff member. Great disappointment indeed. No matter how good the food is, if it's taking an hour or more to make, it's not worth coming back.
